About Medicom

Medicom is a leading enterprise imaging software company that solves longstanding interoperability challenges for clinicians, staff, patients, and researchers. Its core platform, Connect, supports diverse enterprise imaging interoperability use cases. These include access to prior and unread imaging studies, point-of-care workflows, patient access to images, orders and results workflows for teleradiology, telestroke and trauma, and cross-institution sharing of digital imaging. Medicom's Network is adopted by over 1,000 US healthcare institutions and backed by leading venture capital firms, such as UPMC Enterprises. Data and insights from the Medicom Connect network drive Medicom's Intellect offering, which helps clinicians and researchers advance patient care and develop new therapies.

About the role

Medicom Technologies is seeking a Content Marketing & Growth Manager to own our content strategy and execution while translating high-quality storytelling into measurable demand, pipeline support, and product adoption.

This role is ideal for a strong content marketer who thinks beyond creation—someone who understands how content fuels brand awareness, customer education, and revenue growth. You’ll be responsible for creating compelling content across channels and partnering closely with Sales, Product, and Customer Success to turn that content into effective demand generation initiatives.

Content is the engine. Demand generation is the outcome.

What you'll do

Content Strategy & Production

  • Own Medicom’s content strategy and editorial calendar aligned to brand, product, and revenue goals
  • Produce high-quality written content, including:
    • Blogs, guides, white papers, and case studies
    • Email copy for campaigns, newsletters, and product communications
    • Product documentation, educational resources, and enablement materials
  • Develop clear, compelling storytelling that communicates Medicom’s value to healthcare organizations and stakeholders
  • Maintain consistent voice, tone, and messaging across all content and channels

Demand Generation & Campaign Support

  • Translate content into demand generation assets and campaigns, including:
    • Gated content and lead nurture programs
    • Sales and Customer Success enablement materials
  • Partner with Sales and Customer Success to support:
    • Pipeline generation
    • Product adoption and customer engagement
  • Track and evaluate content performance using engagement, lead, and pipeline-influenced metrics
  • Iterate on content and campaigns based on performance insights

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Collaborate with Product, Customer Success, and Sales to surface customer insights, product updates, and success stories
  • Support go-to-market initiatives, product launches, and industry education efforts
  • Ensure content aligns with Medicom’s broader brand and growth strategy

Qualifications

Required:

  • 4–7 years of experience in content marketing, preferably in B2B SaaS, healthcare, or technology
  • Exceptional writing and editing skills with the ability to adapt messaging for different audiences and stages of the funnel
  • Strategic mindset with a hands-on approach—you’re comfortable owning content end-to-end
  • Strong collaboration skills and ability to work cross-functionally
  • Experience supporting demand generation or lifecycle marketing initiatives
  • Healthcare experience

Preferred:

  • Experience connecting content efforts to business outcomes such as engagement, leads, and pipeline support
  • Familiarity with marketing automation tools, CMS platforms, and basic performance reporting
  • Experience working closely with Customer Success teams to drive adoption and education

Host to the first telephone call and one of the first general-purpose computers ever put into use, Boston is now a hub for biotechnology, robotics and artificial intelligence — though it’s also home to several B2B software giants. So it’s no surprise that the city consistently ranks among the greatest startup ecosystems in the world.

  • Funding Landscape: $15.7 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
