SUMMARY

We’re looking for a Content & Knowledge Manager on the GTM Excellence Operations team who will own the strategy, governance, and execution of GTM content and knowledge programs that drive field readiness, enablement effectiveness, and customer-facing excellence. This role sits at the intersection of program management, content curation, and enablement operations, ensuring our GTM teams have the right information, in the right place, at the right time.

You will partner closely with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Enablement stakeholders to define content priorities, manage the content lifecycle, and deliver high-impact programs for global GTM initiatives, including SKO, onboarding, product launches, and strategic campaigns.

This role is perfect for someone who is highly organized, enjoys running multiple projects in parallel, and has fluency in leveraging AI systems that assist in knowledge discovery.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

Content Strategy & Governance

  • Develop and maintain the GTM content framework, including taxonomy, tagging, version control, and archiving policies.
  • Partner with cross-functional leaders to identify content gaps and ensure resources are aligned to business priorities.
  • Ensure all content meets brand, messaging, and compliance standards before publication.

Content Program Management

  • Lead end-to-end content programs tied to GTM events, product launches, and enablement initiatives, driving timelines, stakeholder coordination, and high-quality final deliverables.
  • Build and manage the GTM content calendar to align with sales cycles, marketing campaigns, and enablement milestones.
  • Own the content intake, prioritization, and publishing process for LMS and CMS platforms (and internal equivalents).

Field Experience & Adoption

  • Optimize discoverability and usability of content within enablement platforms and AI search experiences.
  • Partner with Enablement and GTM field teams to measure content effectiveness (e.g. usage, engagement, deal impact) and adjust strategy accordingly.
  • Provide regular enablement communications, highlighting new, updated, or high-value content.

Learning Management System (LMS) Ownership

  • Serve as the admin for internal LMS, including WorkRamp and Skilljar. Be the point of contact with LMS vendors for day-to-day communications.
  • Own end-to-end technical configuration of LMS, including creating and managing user accounts and troubleshooting issues.
  • Develop and distribute regular LMS usage and learning progress reports for GTM leadership; track course completion, certification rates, and learner engagement.

Operational Excellence

  • Establish and report on KPIs for content program success (e.g. time-to-publish, adoption rates, content performance).
  • Drive continuous improvement in content workflows, tooling, and stakeholder engagement models.
  • Collaborate within GTM Excellence Operations, RevOps, and IT teams to integrate LMS and content into the broader enablement tech stack.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING

  • 5+ years of experience in program management, content management, enablement, or related GTM operations roles in a B2B SaaS or cybersecurity environment.
  • Proven experience managing cross-functional programs with multiple stakeholders and tight deadlines.
  • Strong understanding of GTM motions, sales enablement best practices, and content lifecycle management.
  • Experience with sales enablement platforms (Highspot, Seismic, or equivalent) and content management systems.
  • Exceptional project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an eye for detail and brand consistency.
  • Data-driven mindset; comfortable using analytics to measure and improve program outcomes.
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity and rapidly shifting priorities.
  • Experience with AI tools or platforms and interest in AI-driven productivity.

WHY JOIN US

  • You'll be at the heart of how Wiz scales its high-performing GTM motion from product to platform selling.
  • You’ll partner with top-tier sales, marketing, and operations leaders in a hyper-growth environment.
  • You’ll join a high-impact, collaborative GTM Excellence team that values velocity, ownership, and innovation.

What you need to know about the Boston Tech Scene

Boston is a powerhouse for technology innovation thanks to world-class research universities like MIT and Harvard and a robust pipeline of venture capital investment. Host to the first telephone call and one of the first general-purpose computers ever put into use, Boston is now a hub for biotechnology, robotics and artificial intelligence — though it’s also home to several B2B software giants. Key Facts About Boston Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 269,000; 9.4% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Thermo Fisher Scientific, Toast, Klaviyo, HubSpot, DraftKings
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, biotechnology, robotics, software, aerospace
  • Funding Landscape: $15.7 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Summit Partners, Volition Capital, Bain Capital Ventures, MassVentures, Highland Capital Partners
  • Research Centers and Universities: MIT, Harvard University, Boston College, Tufts University, Boston University, Northeastern University, Smithsonian Astrophysical Observatory, National Bureau of Economic Research, Broad Institute, Lowell Center for Space Science & Technology, National Emerging Infectious Diseases Laboratories
