As a Content Engineer (YouTube), you’ll be at the forefront of evangelizing Orkes Conductor through video-first technical storytelling. You’ll help developers, architects, and technical decision-makers explore, learn, and adopt our platform by translating complex concepts into visual, engaging, and actionable educational experiences.

This role is ideal for engineers who are natural communicators, comfortable on camera, skilled at explaining technical ideas clearly, and passionate about helping developers succeed. Your Day-to-Day at Orkes

  • Create and host educational video content on YouTube and other digital platforms that demystifies Orkes Conductor, showcases real-world use cases, and helps developers build scalable, resilient applications.
  • Act as a developer evangelist for Orkes by leading live demos, webinars, virtual meetups, and online events that highlight the power of Conductor and the broader orchestration ecosystem.
  • Grow and nurture our YouTube subscriber base by consistently delivering valuable, high-quality technical content that attracts new viewers and strengthens engagement with existing followers.
  • Collaborate with Solution Architects, Engineers, and Product teams to produce accurate, engaging video tutorials, walkthroughs, and feature deep-dives.
  • Repurpose technical content from blogs, docs, and tutorials into engaging visual formats that resonate with our developer audience.
  • Experiment with creative formats like explainer videos, short-form social content, behind-the-scenes engineering stories, and community-driven interviews.
  • Track engagement metrics (views, retention, feedback) to continuously refine content strategy and maximize educational impact.

  • You are a confident communicator, both on camera and in person, who can teach and explain technical concepts with clarity and authenticity.
  • You are self-sufficient and resourceful, able to take projects from concept to completion-  scripting, recording, editing, and publishing with attention to detail.
  • You are community-oriented, passionate about creating experiences that engage and educate developers through online events and interactions.

You’ll Have a Fast Start If

  • You’re excited about the rise of agentic workflows and agentic automation, and have already explored Orkes Conductor or similar orchestration and automation platforms.
  • You already create or host developer content on YouTube with an engaged follower base that values technical depth, clarity, and authenticity.
  • You understand the Orkes Conductor ecosystem, including our open-source community, and how it fits into the broader automation landscape.
