We’re looking for a Lead Content Strategist who can shape Atlan’s big ideas into long-form content — think reports, white papers, first-party research, and infographics — and build the systems that keep our storytelling sharp, scalable, and repeatable. This isn’t just about writing; it’s about turning raw ideas into narratives that educate, inspire, and resonate.

• Create long-form content: Reports, research, white papers, and narratives that define Atlan’s POV and voice in the data world.
  

• Shape stories from the source: Turn founder perspectives, customer insights, and research into compelling, reusable narratives.
  

• Edit with integrity: Bring clarity, consistency, and polish to contributions from across the team.
  

• Experiment with AI: Use tools like ChatGPT, Claude, or TOFU to draft, summarize, and repackage content — building smart, responsible editorial workflows.
  

• Build systems: Own the editorial calendar, maintain a content library, and create templates/playbooks to make storytelling scalable.
  

• Amplify impact: Partner to break down long-form into carousels, infographics, newsletters, and external placements.
  

• 10+ years of experience in content strategy, editorial, or storytelling (with a focus on long-form formats).
  

• A sharp editorial eye — equally confident writing from scratch or editing others.
  

• Strong systems mindset: calendars, templates, repeatable workflows, custom GPTs.
  

• Curious (and a little playful) about using AI to make content better and faster.
  

• Deep interest in data, business, and how stories shape categories.
  

• Data industry experience.
