Content Distribution Apprentice (6-Month Cohort)

We just opened 1 FREE seat for a Content Distribution Apprentice.
*FREE = costs you nothing, pays you in skills, tools, a production-grade portfolio, and a pathway to a paid Growth Marketing role – not cash.

The Deal (Read Carefully)

This is a 6-month, intensive apprenticeship for digital natives who want to master audience building for a B2B SaaS startup. We do not pay you in cash; we pay you in leverage. You will get raw, unfiltered access to our Founder's actual content engine. We provide the tools (Descript, scheduling software), the raw content, the senior mentorship, and the references. You provide the execution.

The Non-Negotiables:

  • Time Commitment: 40 hrs/week. Can be negotiated under special circumstances to 20hrs/week.
  • Exclusivity: You cannot hold another job, run a side-hustle agency, or be enrolled in university while doing this.
  • Location: US, Canada, or LATAM only.
  • The Standard: This is not a hand-holding internship where you schedule generic quotes on Buffer. You will be actively editing, translating, and publishing our Founder's daily GTM content across multiple platforms, optimizing natively for each algorithm.

The Mission

Your goal is to maximize the reach of our Founder's existing content. Our CEO is currently running a daily public "40-Day Pipeline Challenge" on LinkedIn. You will take his raw daily videos and text, edit them for high retention, and format them perfectly for YouTube Shorts, X (Twitter), Reddit, and Substack. You are the amplifier.

Background And Skills

You do not need a marketing degree, but you must be a native consumer of internet culture. You need to know instinctively why a video works as a YouTube Short but fails on LinkedIn, or why a post will get upvoted on Reddit but ignored on X. You must have basic video editing chops (cutting dead air, adding captions, pacing) and be obsessive about formatting.

Daily Operations

  • Download the Founder's daily LinkedIn videos (Pipeline Challenge updates) and edit them in Descript into punchy, high-retention YouTube Shorts/TikToks.
  • Publish those edited videos directly to YouTube with optimized titles, descriptions, and tags.
  • Take the text from long-form LinkedIn posts and rewrite/format it natively for X (as threads), Substack (as newsletters), and Reddit (as value-first, non-promotional posts).
  • Monitor engagement across channels and adjust editing/formatting tactics based on what the data tells us.

The Upside (Your Career Path)

This apprenticeship builds the exact content distribution and audience-building skills that SaaS companies desperately need. If you survive these 6 months, you walk away with the resume, title, and portfolio to land one of these roles:

  1. Social Media Manager (B2B)
Focus: Managing both corporate and founder-led social media channels, with an emphasis on building brand presence and engagement in the B2B space.
    Compensation: $65K – $85K annually
  2. Content Marketing Specialist
Focus: Distributing, repurposing, and scaling SaaS content across multiple channels to maximize reach and impact.
    Compensation: $70K – $90K annually
  3. Audience Builder / Growth
Focus: Driving inbound pipeline through organic channels, audience development, and growth strategies.
    Compensation: $80K – $100K annually

How To Apply

Submit your LinkedIn profile/resume and a short 1-minute intro video (Loom or similar) telling us why you are obsessed with content distribution. If you pass the initial screen, our HR team will send you a specific, asynchronous technical task. Pass the task, and you go straight to a final interview with our CEO.

What you need to know about the Boston Tech Scene

Boston is a powerhouse for technology innovation thanks to world-class research universities like MIT and Harvard and a robust pipeline of venture capital investment. Host to the first telephone call and one of the first general-purpose computers ever put into use, Boston is now a hub for biotechnology, robotics and artificial intelligence — though it’s also home to several B2B software giants. So it’s no surprise that the city consistently ranks among the greatest startup ecosystems in the world.

Key Facts About Boston Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 269,000; 9.4% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Thermo Fisher Scientific, Toast, Klaviyo, HubSpot, DraftKings
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, biotechnology, robotics, software, aerospace
  • Funding Landscape: $15.7 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Summit Partners, Volition Capital, Bain Capital Ventures, MassVentures, Highland Capital Partners
  • Research Centers and Universities: MIT, Harvard University, Boston College, Tufts University, Boston University, Northeastern University, Smithsonian Astrophysical Observatory, National Bureau of Economic Research, Broad Institute, Lowell Center for Space Science & Technology, National Emerging Infectious Diseases Laboratories
