Leidos Health and Services Sector currently has an opening for a Content Developer and Coordinator to work remotely. This is an exciting opportunity to use your experience helping the Military OneSource mission. The Military OneSource Program provides 24/7 support services for military members and their families, similar to a commercial Employee Assistance Program (EAP). This program provides a broad array of information, resources, education, referrals, and counseling to about 4.7 million participants which includes military service members, their families, and eligible civilians at locations worldwide. The Military OneSource program serves as a “one source” for resource and information encompassing a comprehensive support system.
The Content Developer and Coordinator collects, vets, edits, manages, and develops program packages for Program Office approval covering all educational materials, products, referral information libraries, and content gathered from Field, Triage, and Specialty Consultants. These materials are made available on the Secure Web Presence and through the government-hosted online catalog of informational and promotional resources. Upon package approval, they work with the Resource/Fulfillment Coordinator to ensure inclusion in and refreshment of the fulfillment inventory.
This role:
Coordinates with Regional OA Coordinators and Regional Field Support Managers to project and plan for educational materials, products, and referral information required for approved event support, as directed through the BOSS ticketing system.
Develops and executes Military Community Support Programs Team (MCSPT)-directed and approved outreach campaigns through Short Message Service (SMS) and Multimedia Messaging Service (MMS), including opt-in/opt-out functionality and outreach tracking that updates eCMS records based on participant opt-out activity.
Monitors and analyzes opt-in/opt-out reporting data to adjust and refine outreach strategies and content as necessary.
Receives and tracks webinar requests from MCSPT, manages workflow and content coordination for the Webinar Consultant, and works closely with MCSPT to support event advertising efforts.
Job Responsibilities

Collaborate with Regional OA Coordinators and Regional Field Support Managers to forecast and plan educational materials and referral resources for approved events through the BOSS ticketing system.
Coordinate closely with MCSPT to support event advertising efforts and promotional campaigns.
Receive and track webinar requests, manage workflow coordination, and support the Webinar Consultant in content development and execution.
Conduct research to gather relevant data and information to support content creation and outreach initiatives.
Ensure all content is accurate, engaging, compliant with program guidelines, and aligned with organizational objectives and brand standards.
Maintain version control and organize content assets to ensure accessibility, consistency, and reuse.
Stay informed of industry trends and best practices in content development, digital outreach, and marketing.
Perform additional duties as assigned.
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in a related field.
Minimum of four years of experience planning and executing outreach campaigns and developing educational materials, products, and resources for events and outreach platforms.
Strong English writing, editing, and content development skills.
Strong customer service skills and knowledge of military lifestyle and culture, as well as familiarity with mental health and counseling-related topics.
Experience analyzing outreach metrics and adjusting campaign strategies based on performance data.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Outlook, and Excel, as well as web-based research and electronic documentation systems.
Strong organizational and project management skills.
U.S. citizenship and fluency in English required.
Ability to successfully pass criminal history, fingerprint background checks, and credential verification required.
Ability to maintain and retain suitability investigation and clearance as required.
Proficient in navigating electronic systems, computer programs, and virtual service platforms.
This position requires a separate, quiet, private, confidential space to work from, as well as having access to your own reliable high-speed internet hard wired to your home (coax or fiber from the Internet Service Provider (ISP) to your home.) Using a hot spot from a mobile device (tethering) or wireless ISP is not acceptable.
Preferred Qualifications
Military spouse, military affiliation, and/or experience in the military community is highly desirable.
Employee assistance program (EAP) experience.
