NOW WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- 1–3 years of experience in content creation for brands (agency or in-house)
- Experience with social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, X, etc.)
- Basic knowledge of digital trends and social culture
- Proficiency in editing tools (CapCut, Premiere, Canva, etc.)
- Understanding of brand guidelines and tone of voice
- Ability to work cross-functionally (influencer, account, and design teams)
- Create creative content for social media (video, copy, ideas)
- Adapt trends to brands and active campaigns
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and creative concept development
- Generate ideas for influencer campaigns and organic content
- Write copy aligned with each brand’s tone
- Coordinate with design, influencer, and account teams for execution
- Support content production (shootings, recordings, etc.)
- Ensure content aligns with brand guidelines
- Monitor basic content performance (engagement, views)
- Propose improvements and new ideas based on trends
- Creativity and conceptual thinking
- Understanding of social media and trends
- Strong writing skills (copywriting)
