As a Content Creator on our team, you’ll help shape the future of healthcare by producing authentic, high-performing creative for Ro’s paid social channels. This role is hands-on and dynamic, you’ll capture, edit, and design engaging video and UGC-style content that feels native to TikTok, Meta, and other platforms where our brand shows up.
You’ll be both a storyteller and creator, comfortable with everything from man-on-the-street interviews to impromptu podcast-style clips, to jumping on emerging social trends. The right candidate thrives at the intersection of strategy and execution, pairing strong design sensibility with a scrappy, social-first mindset.
We’re looking for someone who’s ready to help build our brand in ways that empower people to make proactive, informed decisions about their health, and who believes that great content, whether polished or lo-fi, can make clinically sound health info more accessible to all.
We believe in rolling up our sleeves and staying hands-on — concepting, writing, and building things that matter. At Ro, we’re makers.
What You’ll Do
- Conversion-Focused Content Capture, edit, and design platform-native paid social creative (video, UGC, static) that drives engagement and measurable results (CTR, CVR, CAC).
- UGC + Video Expertise Lead the creation of trend-driven UGC-style ads and short-form video. Make sure every piece feels authentic, fresh, and aligned with Ro’s brand.
- Trend Spotting + Adaptation Stay ahead of social and cultural trends, quickly translating them into engaging content. Be ready to test new formats, experiment with lo-fi approaches, and adapt to what’s working in real time.
- Data-Driven Iteration Generate and test a high volume of ad concepts, using performance insights to refine creative approaches and develop new hypotheses.
- Process + Scaling Build templates and frameworks that speed up creative iteration and bring consistency across campaigns. Collaborate with copywriters to stretch the brand into new formats and executions.
- Execution + Collaboration Own projects end-to-end: from capturing raw footage to editing final deliverables. Work independently as well as with teammates, external partners, and freelancers to deliver content at speed and scale.
What You'll Bring to the Team:
- A strong portfolio (portfolio site, social account, or drive link) showcasing direct-response creative, especially UGC-style video, social-first campaigns, and trend-driven work.
- Hands-on experience capturing, editing content (Premiere, After Effects, or similar), and designing elements, with proven ability to adapt storytelling to different platforms.
- Familiarity with paid social performance metrics (CTR, CVR, CAC) and experience optimizing creative for results.
- Solid design craft and fundamentals (type, color, layout) with proficiency in Figma and motion/video tools.
- A sharp sense for what feels authentic and performs well across TikTok, Meta, and other social channels.
- Comfort switching between high-fidelity design and scrappy, quick-turn video/UGC content — including live capture, street interviews, and spontaneous content.
We've Got You Covered:
- Full medical, dental, and vision insurance + OneMedical membership
- Healthcare and Dependent Care FSA
- 401(k) with company match
- Flexible PTO
- Wellbeing + Learning & Growth reimbursements
