We’re looking for a conversion-driven content marketer who knows how to grab attention and turn it into pipeline. From landing pages and nurture emails to community programs and LinkedIn campaigns, you’ll create content that doesn’t just get read — it gets results.

  • And the hunger to apply that skillset to B2B cybersecurity — where few competitors use it well. 

We want someone with creator DNA. If you’ve grown a newsletter, built an audience on LinkedIn, or made content people couldn’t ignore, that’s the energy we’re after. Think the punch of Morning Brew and the clarity of Lenny’s Newsletter — applied to cybersecurity, but with a sharp focus on conversions, demos, and SQLs. 

What You’ll Do 

  • Write and optimize website and landing page copy to increase demo requests. 
  • Create ad copy, case studies, and product explainers that fuel paid campaigns and sales plays. 
  • Develop Marketo nurture programs and newsletters that move leads through the funnel. 
  • Run Grip’s corporate LinkedIn + exec amplification with measurable goals. 
  • Launch and manage community and ABM programs (LinkedIn groups, Reddit, YouTube, targeted account plays, industry communities). 
  • Repurpose content across channels (ads, nurture, social, sales enablement). 
  • Apply AEO (GenAI engine optimization) so Grip’s content is discoverable in AI-driven search. 
  • Partner with Growth to test and measure CRO across web, ads, and campaigns.

Requirements

What We’re Looking For 

  • 3–5 years in B2C content or performance marketing, ideally from tech-oriented companies or marketing agencies
  • Proven ability to create content that drives conversions (landing pages, nurture programs, ad copy, CRO). 
  • Strong writing skills across both short-form (ads, social, community posts) and long-form (case studies, blogs, email nurture). 
  • Familiarity with marketing automation (Marketo/HubSpot) and email campaign best practices. 
  • Bonus: Experience with Reddit, YouTube, or community-led growth programs
  • Bonus: Familiarity with AEO (GenAI optimization)
  • Curiosity about tech and eagerness to dive into the cybersecurity community. 
  • East Coast based (NY or Boston strongly preferred).
