The Consumer Products and Access Manager is responsible for leading teams of product analysis that lead to the creation, delivery, and execution of the software product roadmap. This is a leadership position that will develop and implement processes to drive the prioritization of product design, development, and deployment. The leader will set goals, manage resources both human and financial that develop and expand

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Leads the people and process responsible for the development and execution of Consumer Experience software product roadmaps including the LiveWell product roadmaps across mobile and web technologies, providing a prioritization process and ensuring alignment with tactical and strategic planning. 

  • Partner with leaders across the enterprise to ensure the products are delivering on both departmental and organizational goals and objectives.

  • Lead our evolution of current products in-market and develop mastery of the competitive landscape and market

  • Develop, review and execute the product strategy that inspires the team, bridges the technical and business worlds, and balances our short-term and long-term business goals

  • Utilize a deep knowledge of the software product to be able to communicate the various how's and why's of the product both internally and externally to drive the continuous expansion of the platform and increase business value to customers and partners.

  • Be comfortable and a voice of opportunity in technical conversations where all trying to achieve value from software relationships. Responsible to manage projects with program management skills / knowledge.

  • Continually advance knowledge of the Digital Patient Experience Landscape. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities.

  • Drive programs and initiatives to ensure both the product and development teams can efficiently support the efforts in a rapidly growing environment.

MINIMUM EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

Level of Education:   Bachelor's Degree

Field of Study (if applicable):   IT or related business degree

Years of Experience:  Typically requires 7 years of experience

Describe Type Experience:  Product analysis or patient engagement programming with proven track record of effectively leading and scaling consumer-facing products
