Role Summary:

The Consumer Audiences Product Manager is responsible for leading our behavioral consumer audience products for the benefit of the IQVIA Digital business, its partners, and clients. This role will contribute to our efforts to create consumer audiences that optimize the delivery of healthcare advertising. You'll harness your expertise in DTC marketing, the production of consumer audiences, and product management to make the IQVIA behavioral audiences the market leader.

Responsibilities:

  • Overview
    • Responsible for managing requirements and all activities for the behavioral products within the Consumer Audiences portfolio, including product definition and planning through production, release, and end of life, ensuring quality standards are met and that the product/s support the company’s overall strategy and goals.
    • Specializes in assessing and understanding the market, defining product strategy, vision, and overall roadmap prioritization and planning.
    • Details the product specs, prioritizes, and translates requirements to story points.
    • Identifies gaps and provides expertise in business requirements for system functional specifications and scales new and current systems, processes, and procedures in a cost-effective manner.
  • Product Strategy
    • Drive strategic vision for the behavioral products within the Consumer Audiences portfolio to meet business objectives.
    • Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to understand market needs.
    • Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape.
    • Contribute to the roadmap for the behavioral products within the Consumer Audiences portfolio product. Gather and suggest features and enhancements based on customer feedback, business impact, and ROI. Collaborate and support a unified product roadmap within IQVIA Digital and broader IQVIA.
    • Collaborate with other parts of IQVIA where similar challenges are being addressed.
    • Stay abreast of changes to U.S. law and regulatory environment which might affect consumer audience developments. Work with stakeholders to adapt to new or emerging restrictions.
    • Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in modeled and predictive audience modeling.
  • Financial
    • Oversee all internal financial, pricing, legal, and contracting framework, regarding behavorial products within the Consumer Audiences portfolio.
    • Monitor sales performance and adjust strategies as necessary to meet or exceed targets.
  • Leadership
    • Support and advise IQVIA and IQVIA Digital market efforts.
    • Maintain a deep understanding of the healthcare industry, market trends, and the competitive landscape.
    • Represent the company as a thought leader in the healthcare sectors.
    • Engage in speaking engagements, publications, and networking events to enhance our company's reputation and visibility.

Qualifications:

  • Ability to lead and inspire teams, fostering a culture of positivity, excellence, and innovation.
  • At least 5 years’ experience in DTC marketing. Direct experience with the creation of consumer audiences is highly valued.
  • Experience with relevant U.S. data privacy laws and regulations is a plus. Experience with privacy enhancing technologies (PETs) is a plus.
  • Adaptability and flexibility to changing priorities.
  • Demonstrated ability to work creatively and effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work simultaneously on multiple priorities.
  • Excellent presentation, communication, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to influence others both internally and externally.

  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with coworkers, managers and clients.

The potential base pay range for this role, when annualized, is $99,000.00 - $275,600.00. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time). Dependent on the position offered, incentive plans, bonuses, and/or other forms of compensation may be offered, in addition to a range of health and welfare and/or other benefits.
