Triumvirate Environmental, one of the largest environmental services firms in North America, is seeking a Consulting Services Representative for our Advisory Services team.

This position reports to the National Director of Onsite Support Services. This role is onsite and is based in Somerville, MA. 

Responsibilities: The role responsibilities will include daily, weekly, and monthly tasks and project initiatives, working with the consulting staff, to support the business to include:

• Maintain the accuracy of the staffing plan daily to ensure proper alignment client expectations and professional resources
• Execute the transition of Advisory Services Service Requests into Work Orders
• Commit Work Orders to the Field Service Scheduling
• Ensure rebilled hours, invoicing, and associated approvals are entered and completed in a timely manner
• Support the client training programs as follows:
  • Client registration via the LMS or manually
  • Payment, invoicing, and validation
  • Certificate issuance
  • Tracking training expiration dates and client notification
• Conduct weekly and monthly financial reviews (backlog) of the consulting operations to develop recommendations and action plans to improve performance
• Support and facilitate the consulting staff operations to include the scheduling, content assignments, and speakers for monthly meetings, Lunch & Learns
• Drive process and system improvements to gain efficiency
• Facilitate new jobs and opportunities from the sales process to job creation, to invoicing and project closure
• Support the coordination of Triumvirate’s internal training initiatives

Basic Requirements:

• Recent graduate with a Bachelors degree in engineering (environmental or otherwise), science, safety, industrial hygiene, or similar quantitative field
• Understanding of, and/or passion for, EH&S concepts, issues, and challenges, able to identify unmet issues and concerns for resolution and increasing client satisfaction
• Ability to create operational analysis, and model creation; with proficiency in such analytical tools as Excel and Access.
• Solid verbal and written communication skills, ability to communicate and work effectively with all levels of Triumvirate, client operations and EH&S staff
• Passionate, high-energy, self-starting entrepreneurial mindset
• Must be eligible to work in the United States without future sponsorship
• Must have a reliable form of transportation
