We are currently helping hire for one of the leading AI labs (via one of our partners); supporting them in benchmarking and improving frontier AI models.
This is a unique opportunity to apply your management consulting expertise toward shaping and refining cutting-edge AI systems. You will help design consulting-style prompts, structured answers, and evaluation sets that ensure AI-generated outputs align with real-world consulting frameworks and standards.

What exactly would you do?
- Design and review consulting-style prompts, structured answers, and evaluation criteria
- Benchmark AI-generated responses against consulting frameworks and industry standards
- Provide structured feedback on clarity, logic, and business rigor
- Conduct online research and synthesize insights from diverse sources to support evaluations
Requirements
🎓 Education/Experience: 2+ years of prior experience at McKinsey, Bain, BCG, or a similarly competitive consulting firm
💼 Skills:
- Strong online research and analytical abilities
- Ability to synthesize insights from diverse sources and datasets
- Excellent written communication and attention to detail
📍 Location: Remote (flexible, work from anywhere)
Benefits
💵 Compensation: $80 to $120 per hour, plus equity options
🎁 Bonus: Weekly performance incentives of $20–$100 per hour on top of base pay for top performers
🕒 Time commitment: Flexible, ~20+ hours per week
