As part of the AI Strategy & Governance Team, the Consulting Director, Digital Workplace Enablement, is responsible for driving the identification, prioritization, and implementation of digital workplace solutions across CNA. This role collaborates with business units to assess opportunities, develop use cases, and deliver high-impact solutions using existing digital workplace tools. The Consulting Director will facilitate workshops, co-create best practices, and provide executive enablement to senior leaders, ensuring AI and digital tools are embedded in strategic decision-making and daily workflows. The Consulting Director will also oversee training, support, and value measurement for implemented solutions, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.

Insurance industry experience preferred.
Experience in training and enablement, including " train the trainer" models.
Experience building low code/no code solutions and AI agents using tools like Microsoft Copilot Studio and Power Platform .
Applicable certifications (e.g., Microsoft 365, Lean, Six Sigma , Project Management) preferred.

- Collaborate with business units to identify and prioritize processes that can benefit from Digital Workplace Tools.
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of Digital Workplace use cases aligned with business goals.
- Work with key vendors and oversee consulting resources to ensure appropriate expertise is applied in delivering effective solutions to business challenges.
- Conduct workshops and interviews to understand workflows, pain points, and opportunities for Digital Workplace augmentation.
- Help implement solutions (e.g., collaborating on developing and testing prompts/templates), using existing Digital Workplace tools, to elevate effectiveness and efficiency of business processes.
- Provide training and support on implemented tools where applicable.
- Executive Enablement: Partner with senior leaders to identify high-impact AI opportunities, provide tailored guidance and tools for executive workflows, and integrate AI into strategic decision-making to enhance capacity and shape team-level AI direction.
- Facilitate business process opportunity assessments, including process mapping and recommendations.
- Co-create AI best practices documents with business areas.
- Lead prompt development sessions ("Prompt - a - thons") and support the creation of a reusable prompt gallery.
- Support low code/no code solution development (e.g., SharePoint agents) in partnership with business experts.
- Oversee solution testing to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Deliver "train the trainer" coaching to empower business SMEs.
- Monitor usage and value realization, quantify business benefits, and share insights with stakeholders.
- Ensure knowledge transfer and provide documented recaps of implemented capabilities and administrative requirements.
- Collaborate with Architecture and other technology teams to ensure solutions are appropriate and sustainable.
- Route out-of-scope needs (custom builds, integrations, net new tooling) to appropriate teams.
May perform additional duties as assigned.

- Demonstrated success driving positive business outcome s through AI tooling implementation and adoption.
- Extensive experience with AI prompting techniques.
- Demonstrated understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs) and the ability to leverage them effectively across diverse business scenarios.
- Ability to develop a profound understanding of supported business areas, their value drivers, and strategic direction.
- Skilled at effectively communicating complex topics in a non-technical and simplified manner.
- Capability to manage multiple and shifting priorities in a fast-paced and challenging environment.
- Strong project management, organizing, and planning skills.
- Ability to define and measure success criteria aligned to business outcomes.
- Ability to work cross-functionally and influence without authority.
- Knowledge of AI governance and data privacy principles.
- Ability to facilitate workshops, conduct interviews, and map processes.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including executive engagement.
- Ex pertise with Microsoft 365 Copilot , Copilot Studio , SharePoint, and other digital workplace platforms.
- Knowledge of AI best practices, prompt engineering, and low code/no code solutions.
- Ability to collaborate across functions and influence stakeholders.
