Consultants for various and unanticipated worksites throughout the U.S. (HQ: Chicago, IL). Project manage with Product Managers, Solution Architects and Engineering teams to plan and execute the launch of new software products and significant feature enhancements. Work with internal and external stakeholders for dependency alignment and ensuring alignment to organization wide initiatives. Collaborate with Product Managers and business stakeholders to refine the Program Increment (PI) feature backlog, support strategic planning efforts, and execute tactical activities. Transform requirements into features, capabilities, epics and user stories and ensure design efficiency and reusability. Maintain and prioritize the user story backlog and work with development, architecture/IT, and stakeholder teams to refine user stories to meet the Definition of Ready. Provide guidance to technology teams during the development cycle and participate in scrum ceremonies. Use analytics/research to drive business decisions, diagnose problems and recommend action plans to remediate issues, inclusive of leveraging database level tools such as SQL. Develop product documentation and maintain training materials for new products and new features. Technical environment: Customer-facing product ownership (PI cycle) of complex software in multi-cloud environments; Identity and authentication fraud solutions; Requirement gathering; User acceptance testing; Google Cloud Platform; Cloud Migrations (AWS to GCP); SQL; JQL; Product roadmap development/tracking using KPIs; Jira; Postman.POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
*Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field plus 2 years of experience in Software Product Ownership required. Required skills: Customer-facing product ownership of complex software in multi-cloud environments; Identity and authentication fraud solutions; Requirement gathering; User acceptance testing; Google Cloud Platform; Cloud Migrations (AWS to GCP); SQL; JQL; Product roadmap development/tracking using KPIs; Jira; Postman. 100% telecommuting permitted. (*Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field plus 5 years of progressive experience in Software Product Ownership also acceptable).

The U.S. base salary range for this position is $137,758 - $137,758/yr. annually. Regular, fulltime non-sales positions may be eligible to participate in TransUnion’s annual bonus plan. Certain positions may also be eligible for long-term incentives and other payments based on applicable company guidance and plan documents.
