Summary: We are looking for an experienced Consultant to join our dynamic and growing consulting team. This role is an opportunity to work on challenging projects, contribute to client success, and advance your consulting career. The specific responsibilities and required experience will differ based on the level, as detailed below.
Responsibilities:
- Lead implementation projects and directly support project deliverables on highly complex, multi-platform projects.
- Facilitate and plan client meetings and workshops, guiding both technical and project management discussions.
- Develop presentations, reports, and other client-facing materials.
- Oversee project execution by managing task assignment, resource allocations, timeline, budget and by completing assigned tasks on time and within budget.
- Collaborate with delivery team members, solution team members, and developers to deliver high-quality work.
- Exhibit expert-level understanding of the various Salesforce platforms and related systems as well as how they function together
- Manage and support project team members on several, simultaneous projects.
- Strong client relationship management skills.
- Flag opportunities for ongoing work, or additional tech enablement
- Maintain a high billable utilization rate
- Contribute to internal team initiatives, such as knowledge sharing and process improvement.
- Manage a team of direct reports, build their skill and foster their development.
- Act as a point of contact for escalation for team members and especially direct reports.
- Demonstrate a commitment to professional development and continuous learning.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Science, Computer Science or a related field.
- Proven experience in consulting, preferably in Management or Technology Consulting.
- Demonstrated leadership experience, with the ability to effectively manage and motivate a team.
- Expert-level project management skills, with experience managing complex projects and delivering successful outcomes.
- Excellent client relationship management skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust.
- Proficiency in Salesforce, CRM, SQL/SOQL, Excel.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Relevant certifications, such as CAPM, PMP, Salesforce Business Analyst, Salesforce Cloud Consultant Certification(s)
- Experience in business development.
- Deep understanding of all Salesforce platforms and offerings.
