Consultant/ Senior Consultant- EPM-Data Integration

• Gather requirements, design, develop, document and support Data Integration/Data management using Oracle EPM Cloud
• Experience with implementing Data Integrations for oracle cloud planning modules (Financials, Workforce, Capital, Projects, and Strategic Modeling) FCC, ARC and PCM applications.
• Perform unit, system and support user testing associated with the Integrations.
• Data Integration by extracting metadata and data from an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) source system (a direct integration) or data from a file, and then pushing it to an Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) target application.
• Develop technical and functional Oracle Cloud Planning admin and user documentation including but not limited to requirements, design, code testing and end user documents, etc.
• Attend client meeting and capture key requirements and transform requirements to design
• Perform project tasks independently, and may direct the efforts of others
• Participate in and/or lead the development of deliverable content that meets the needs of the client and contract.
• Anticipate client needs and formulate solutions to client issues.
• Review deliverables for accuracy and quality
• Provides coaching/training to junior staff.
• Manages own personal and professional development, seeks opportunities for professional growth and expansion of consulting skills and experiences to all EPM products.
• Lead Consultant will be responsible for understanding the project plans, timelines, regular status reports, risk, and issue logs, and working with the appropriate teams to ensure our teams deliver on the required activities and tasks.    
• As a subject matter expert, he/she employs independent judgment in guiding moderately complex activities involved in the successful implementation of business solution, ensuring project quality and timely delivery within budget and customer satisfaction.
• Analyzes business needs to ensure Hackett’s solution meets the customer objectives.
• Effectively applies Hackett’s methodologies, policies, and procedures while adhering to contractual obligations.

To qualify for the role, candidate must have:

• Over 6+ years Hyperion/EPM experience in the areas of administration, design, analysis, development and Support of integrations in various domains. 
• Hands on experience in implementing Hyperion (EPM) applications for the enterprise needs using Data Integration/Data management
• Should have Integration experience on EPM Cloud applications
• Should have working knowledge on integrations using EPM Integration agent
• Automate the EPM jobs/process using the EPM automate /REST APIs
• Must be able to work independently to identify, troubleshoot and resolve issues prior to their occurrence.
• Strong skills across MS word, PowerPoint, Excel, MS Office and other collaboration and unified communication tools.
• Should be open to adopt new technologies.
• Having Oracle Cloud certification is an added advantage
• Prior experience with Data Management in integrating with different source systems (GL) such as Oracle Cloud ERP, EBS, Peoplesoft, etc. as well as subledger sources (AR, AP, FA) and Transaction Matching sources

• Ability to work under pressure to achieve the multiple daily deadlines for client deliverables, with a mature approach & lead the team

• Must have experience on Integrations using Data Management/ Data Integration of Oracle cloud EPM applications (EPBCS, Preferably FCCS & ARCS)
• Should have working knowledge on integrations using EPM Integration agent
• Should have sound knowledge on Data Integrations and Automation of processes
• Should be flexible to work for long hours to overlap with the EST, CST and PST working hours.
• Should possess good interpersonal and communication skills
• Should have positive attitude
• Oracle Cloud Certifications in Cloud EPM work stream is a Plus
• Knowledge on Pipleline features and Scripting languages such as SQL, Python etc will be a plus
