Osaic has returned to the office on a hybrid schedule requiring a minimum of 4 days weekly in the office. Applicants should be located at one of our hubs listed above and must be willing to work this schedule.

Role Type:        Full-time

Salary: $65,000 - $85,000 per year + annual bonus

Actual compensation offered will be determined individually, based on a number of job-related factors, including location, skills, licensure, experience, and education.

Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Personal Financial Planning Platform Consultant to support the day-to-day administration of our client- and advisor-facing personal financial planning billing, invoicing, and payment platform (AdvicePay).  This consultant level role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of technology, process, and advisor support.  The ideal candidate will provide front-line user support, troubleshoot and solve daily issues, support adoption, coordinate with internal teams and external vendors, and meet with advisors and/or staff to answer questions. The goal of this role is to ensure a smooth, compliant, and positive experience for both financial advisors and clients.

Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, high school diploma (or equivalent) in combination with significant practical experience will be considered in lieu of degree.  Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent is required.   

Responsibilities:

Advisor Support & Issue Resolution:

  • Serves as the primary point of contact for advisor inquiries related to system access, billing and payment workflows, financial planning agreement usage, compensation discrepancies, and other platform support needs. 
  • Assist with maintaining and updating user guides and other advisor facing reference and training materials.

User Management:

  • Monitor and maintain accurate records of platform user licenses to ensure appropriate access control and ongoing compliance.

Platform Oversight:

  • Collect, manage feedback and help assess if it is a platform issue, training opportunity or platform enhancement.  
  • Assist with the delivery of timely, clear field communications and training materials. 
  • Maintain a strong understanding of Osaic specific platform settings and assist in updating DocuSign templates to reflect enhancements, form changes, or disclosure updates.

Feature Evaluation & UX Improvements:

  • Evaluate new platform features and enhancements to improve usability and experience for end clients, financial advisors, and internal stakeholders.

Reporting & Insights:

  • Support regular reporting on platform adoption, usage trends, and operational metrics to inform leadership and support decision-making.

Basic Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience in financial services operations, financial planning operations, or financial planning platform/product support roles.
  • Familiarity with billing, invoicing, or compensation processes within a financial planning or wealth management context.
  • Strong organizational skills, highlydetail oriented, a strong problem solver and an effective multitasker who thrives in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment responding to time-sensitive advisor needs
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate issues, recommend solutions and take ownership of resolution
  • A customer-first mindset is essential along with the ability to coordinate with internal and external partners to resolve issues efficiently,
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data visualization tools for reporting and insight is a plus
