Consultant, Fidelity Consulting

The Role

As a Consultant, you will partner to drive projects that seek to tackle Fidelity’s most pressing business challenges. The Consultant works on an all-star team in support of Fidelity’s business challenges and emerging initiatives You will: contribute and deliver discreet analyses and research, contribute to breakdown and synthesis of problems, and offer your points of view towards a broader business conversation.

The Expertise & Skills you bring

  • You hold a bachelor’s degree

  • You have 3-5 years of work experience; prior management consulting, strategy, financial services or similar experience preferred

  • Experience with team project work, general management, and/or analytics and conceptual problem solving

  • Analytically minded with strong written and verbal communication skills

  • The expert ability to create business insights

  • You are a measured, focused and results driven individual and an ambitious team player

  • You have strong research and analytical skills, including the ability to synthesize findings and develop practical, concrete recommendations

  • You demonstrate a high degree of professional integrity in verbal and written communication, suitable for executive-level conversations

  • Tenacious attitude and intellectual curiosity

  • You have strong attention to detail and comfort with ambiguity

  • You are confident and strive for continuous self-improvement

The Team

Fidelity Consulting ('FC') consists of ~100 top talent strategy consultants who work across the Fidelity enterprise to inspire, identify, and define new paths for Fidelity’s future. Fidelity Consulting addresses strategic challenges and opportunities with thoughtful, rigorous, and provocative points of view by attracting diverse top talent and developing them into Fidelity’s future leaders. We deliver value in a variety of ways, from leading small group projects focused on growth and innovation, to consulting on enterprise-wide initiatives. As a part of the FC team, you will gain exposure to a wide variety of strategic business challenges – preparing you for increasing leadership roles and advancing your career.

The base salary range for this position is $80,000-153,000 USD per year.  

Placement in the range will vary based on job responsibilities and scope, geographic location, candidate’s relevant experience, and other factors.

Base salary is only part of the total compensation package. Depending on the position and eligibility requirements, the offer package may also include bonus or other variable compensation.
