Job Description/Preferred Qualifications

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create, structure, and maintain Product Configuration Specifications (PCS) in SAP and Enovia, ensuring alignment with corporate VC modeling requirements.

  • Develop and update KMAT Models, KMAT Phantoms, Bills of Materials (BOMs), and related attributes to ensure accurate system configuration.

  • Execute and review Engineering Change Orders (ECOs) related to configuration content; ensure ECO accuracy and readiness for VC implementation.

  • Validate and test VC updates in SAP by creating quotes, reviewing rule behavior, and verifying expected outcomes.

  • Drive accuracy of sales orders (SO) by ensuring correct configuration, alignment with PCS content, and resolution of discrepancies.

  • Conduct quote reviews to confirm configuration validity prior to customer order creation.

  • Support order administrators and sales teams by providing clarification and guidance on configuration concerns.

  • Partner with Marketing, Sales, NPI, Engineering Services, Specials Coordinators, Order Administration, Manufacturing, Master Scheduling, and VC teams to ensure operational readiness.

  • Chair and run Order Review meetings to drive SO accuracy, escalate issues, and provide resolution guidance.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 5 years working with SAP Variant Configurator (VC), KMAT modeling, PCS creation, ECO processes, manufacturing product configuration, or quote‑to‑order workflows.

  • Experience with Engineering Change Orders (ECO) processes.

  • Familiarity with manufacturing workflows and product architecture.

  • Demonstrated ability to lead configuration reviews or Order Review Board (ORB) meetings.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business Systems, Information Systems, or related field.

  • 3-year experience with SAP, PLM systems (e.g., Enovia), BOM structures, or configuration data

  • Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail.

  • Ability to review quotes/sales orders and validate configuration accuracy.

  • Effective communication skills and ability to work with cross‑functional teams.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Master's Level Degree and related work experience of 3 years; Bachelor's Level Degree and related work experience of 5 years; or equivalent work experience

Base Pay Range: $83,000.00 - $141,100.00 Annually

Primary Location: USA-CA-Milpitas-KLA
