Role Title: Computer Systems Analyst

Role Type: Contract

In this role, you'll apply your expertise to help train next-generation AI systems. Your work will shape how models learn, reason, and perform through high-quality, real-world input. No prior experience in AI is required — your domain knowledge is what matters.

Scope of Work:

  • Analyze complex computer systems and business processes to identify areas for improvement and innovation within customer projects.

  • Gather, document, and validate requirements from diverse stakeholders, ensuring clarity and alignment with project objectives.

  • Develop detailed business process models using industry-standard methodologies to drive system enhancements.

  • Utilize SQL to extract, analyze, and interpret data for process optimization and issue resolution.

  • Diagnose and troubleshoot technical challenges, proposing actionable solutions to support ongoing platform development.

  • Collaborate virtually with project managers, developers, and other professionals to ensure deliverable quality and alignment with customer needs.

  • Contribute domain expertise to support the design and validation of AI training data and scenarios.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • At least 5 years of experience as a Computer Systems Analyst or in a closely related technical consulting capacity.

  • Expertise in systems analysis, requirements elicitation, and business process modeling (e.g., BPMN, UML).

  • Advanced proficiency with SQL for data analysis, reporting, and troubleshooting.

  • Proven ability to translate complex business requirements into technical specifications and actionable insights.

  • Demonstrated success in virtual collaboration on remote projects.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and a detail-oriented approach to delivering high-quality outputs.

  • Experience contributing to technology-driven transformation or supporting AI-related initiatives is a plus.
