You will support exam managers in regulatory engagements, ensuring compliance and effective communication with U.S. supervisory agencies. Job Responsibilities:
- Coordinate examinations and ongoing monitoring by regulators across various business units and functions.
- Provide timely updates to management on regulatory matters, escalating and resolving potential issues.
- Develop effective relationships within Compliance and with key stakeholders across the organization.
- Collaborate with businesses and functions to gather information and documentation for regulatory requests.
- Analyze and summarize information for regulatory submissions, ensuring confidentiality and accuracy.
- Package regulatory submissions and perform redaction of Confidential Supervisory Information as needed.
- Provide periodic examination status updates and contribute to internal reporting and tracking.
- Ensure data quality for inputs into the team's central repository for reliable reporting.
- Support the coordination of regulatory engagements through the entire exam lifecycle.
- Maintain tracking related to examinations and regulatory findings.
- Contribute to the development of best practices in regulatory strategy and compliance.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

- Familiarity with global regulatory environments.
- Experience in financial services or related industries.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
