The Compliance Operations Coordinator will manage compliance requests, ensure fast document processing, and maintain client communication while supporting compliance leadership with operational tasks.
At Conduit, we believe in a world of fair economic opportunities, where global commerce can flourish thanks to frictionless exchange of money. Our first step in building towards that vision is enabling cross-border transactions that are drastically faster, cheaper, and simpler. We’re looking for a Compliance Operations Coordinator to be on the front lines of Conduit’s compliance operations—owning the day-to-day execution of bank and client requests. This role is about responsiveness, precision, and accountability. You’ll make sure every compliance requirement is handled quickly and flawlessly, helping us maintain the trust of our clients and banking partners.

- Be the connector. Liaise directly with clients to gather information, provide clear updates, and ensure they feel supported throughout the process.
- Provide feedback to the Manager of Compliance Operations. Work closely with leadership to flag risks, close gaps, and keep the compliance machine running smoothly.
- Stay organized. Maintain accurate records, track deadlines, and keep everything audit-ready.
What we're looking for:
- Proven operator. 2–4 years of experience in compliance, operations, or client-facing roles within fintech, payments, or financial services.
- Client-focused. Strong communication skills and the ability to build trust with clients while ensuring their needs are met quickly and professionally.
- Extreme ownership mindset. You take pride in closing loops fast—whether it’s a document review, a client question, or a bank request.
- Detail-obsessed. You sweat the details and make sure nothing slips through the cracks.
- Scalability mindset. You do more than merely execute. You also contribute to process design and improvement.
- Accountability-driven. You don’t find excuses, you find solutions—and you hold yourself to the highest standard of execution.
- Strong reporting skills. You have the ability to create and maintain dashboards (Jira or similar tools) paired with an ability to clearly articulate process improvements and performance metrics to internal and external stakeholders.
- Team player. You thrive in a fast-moving, globally distributed environment and are eager to support and learn from your teammates.
Why join nus?
- A culture of extreme ownership and radical transparency—we expect a lot, and we give a lot.
- The freedom to build without red tape—autonomy and resourcefulness is the default.
- Competitive compensation, meaningful equity, and the chance to grow your career in compliance as we scale.A mission-driven team that’s obsessed with doing work that matters.
- Colleagues and managers who viscerally care about your development and will do everything in their power to help you grow.
This isn’t just another job.
