Work Flexibility: Remote

As the Compliance Manager supporting Stryker’s Customer Solutions division, you will be an integral stakeholder in an innovative organization that is central to Stryker’s mission and strategy.

This role will contribute to building and operating the elements of an effective compliance program for this division, as well as to critical projects and initiatives that have enterprise-wide impact. The Compliance Manager will be a core member of the Customer Solutions Legal & Compliance team and a key partner to business stakeholders. This role provides an opportunity to touch all parts of a strategic, risk-based compliance program, working closely with our business partners to drive growth and mitigate risk for Customer Solutions and Stryker’s diverse businesses.

What you will do

  • Collaborate with business leadership and the Division Compliance Officer to develop and execute strategies to detect and mitigate compliance risks, including training, communications, monitoring, policy and procedure development.

  • Develop and deliver training, policies, communications, and guidance that support business goals.

  • Implement Compliance initiatives within the Division to empower business leadership and effectively manage risk for the company, including risk assessment and workplan management activities.

  • Execute programs and support projects across Stryker's businesses that help ensure organizational compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and standards across regions, including monitoring, auditing, and investigation activities.

  • Support tone at the top with functional leaders and a culture of compliance.

  • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement of the compliance program and to reflect changes, clarifications, or updates in applicable law, regulations, policy, and business strategy.

  • Conduct investigations into potential policy violations.

  • Maintain knowledge of the business and its operations and use that insight and key compliance metrics to inform Compliance strategy and goals. 

  • Recommend improvements to increase efficiency, simplicity, and speed of action. 

  • Maintain knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.

  • Raise awareness of the compliance program and promote accountability for ethics and integrity.

  • Identify and propose enhancements to the Program informed by industry trends and best practices.

What you need

Required

  • Bachelor’s Degree required

  • 8+ years of professional work experience required.

Preferred

  • Experience within a compliance function.

  • Working experience with elements of effective ethics and compliance programs

  • Work experience with AdvaMed Code and other relevant standards preferred.

  • Experience working with PMOs and leading projects

  • Strong communication skills for interactions with business stakeholders

  • Professional certifications such as SCCE, CFE, CPA,

$100,500 - 215,300 salary plus bonus eligible + benefits. Actual minimum and maximum may vary based on location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience, and other relevant factors.

Travel Percentage: 10%
