The Opportunity - Compliance & Data Operations Coordinator - Film & Television (Remote - USA / Canada)
Wrapbook is hiring a Compliance & Data Operations Coordinator to support employment eligibility compliance and high-quality data operations across our Film & Television business.
This role is responsible for owning E-Verify processing and documentation while also providing structured operational support to Customer Success, Production Accounting, and FTV Operations teams. You will play a critical role in ensuring that client data, compliance workflows, and onboarding materials are accurate, complete, and audit-ready, enabling our teams to move quickly and confidently in a production-driven environment. The Compliance & Data Operations Coordinator works cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure data accuracy, compliance with federal requirements, and smooth operational workflows that support our clients and productions.
We’re seeking a highly organized, proactive individual who thrives in dynamic, collaborative environments. You excel at managing multiple projects simultaneously, solving complex problems, and delivering outstanding client experiences. Your ultimate goal is to ensure compliance and accurate data across the department.
What you'll do:
E-Verify & Employment Eligibility Compliance (Primary Focus)
Own end-to-end E-Verify processing, including collecting required information, setting up accounts, submitting cases, and maintaining accurate records
Ensure all employment eligibility workflows comply with federal regulations and internal standards
Monitor case statuses, identify discrepancies, and follow up with internal teams to drive timely resolution
Maintain organized, audit-ready compliance documentation to support internal reviews and external audits
Cross-Functional Operational Support
Partner with Customer Success Managers to support client-specific data needs, including generating and updating custom reports
Collaborate with Production Accounting to support accounting data workflows, including importing budgets and charts of accounts
Work with FTV Operations and Implementation teams on structured data entry and setup projects that support client onboarding and platform readiness
Data Management & Enablement Support
Perform manual data entry and validation for accounting budgets, COAs, and onboarding records
Organize and map onboarding documentation and start paperwork for new implementations
Customize and update kickoff materials (e.g., slide decks) to ensure accuracy and client readiness
Initiate CASHet setup as part of onboarding and implementation workflows
Issue Identification & Continuous Improvement
Proactively identify data inconsistencies, compliance risks, or process gaps
Escalate issues to appropriate stakeholders and contribute to process improvements that increase accuracy, efficiency, and scalability
What you'll have:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
Experience with data entry, administrative, or compliance-related work
Excellent verbal, written, interpersonal, presentation, and organizational skills
Comfort handling sensitive and confidential information
Proficiency in tools like Google Suite, Zoom, Notion, Salesforce, and other collaboration platforms
Experience with the Wrapbook platform is a plus
Nice to have:
Experience with E-Verify or employment eligibility verification
Familiarity with HR, payroll, or operations systems
Experience in film, television, or production environments
Familiarity with CASHet
Familiarity with DocSend
