We’re looking for a creative, highly organized Community Programs Manager (Contract) to help scale and operationalize our customer community and advocacy programs.

This is a hands-on role for someone who loves turning ideas into well-run programs, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and above all, gets genuinely excited about creating meaningful experiences for customers. You’ll partner closely with the Senior Customer & Community Marketing Manager to deliver high-impact community initiatives that drive retention, advocacy, and long-term customer growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with the Senior Customer & Community Marketing Manager to support the execution of community programs, events and initiatives 
  • Help draft and send community and advocacy communications so our customers feel informed, included and always connected to what matters most
  • Assist with customer storytelling by identifying success stories, spotlighting wins, and creating experiences that make customers feel seen and valued
  • Partner with the Senior Customer & Community Marketing Manager to bring our advocacy initiatives to life
  • Moderate and nurture conversations within our Slack community, creating a welcoming space that encourages thoughtful dialogue, peer-to-peer support, and meaningful connection
  • Collaborate with Product, Customer Success, and Marketing on community-related initiatives and ad-hoc projects
Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in community, marketing, program coordination, or related roles
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Clear and thoughtful written and verbal communication
  • Ability to juggle multiple tasks at once
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
  • Interest in community building and customer engagement

Bonus: You have experience working with technical audiences 

Compensation: $45.00/hr

Hours: 20-25hrs/week
