What we're looking for
  • Proven experience (5–8 years) in communications, PR, or related roles, ideally in a startup or fast-moving tech environment.

  • Strong storyteller with excellent writing and editing skills, able to craft clear, compelling narratives for different audiences.

  • Experience managing PR agencies, pitching media, and securing press and speaking opportunities.

  • Ability to source and develop impactful customer stories for external use.

  • Outstanding project manager — organized, proactive, and excellent at keeping multiple workstreams on track.

  • Collaborative and approachable, with the ability to work cross-functionally and influence without authority.

  • Growth-oriented and comfortable adapting to change in an evolving environment.

  • Fluent in English (additional languages a plus).

  • Extra plus if you are lovable.

What You’ll Do
  • Help define and refine our messaging for press, speaking engagements, and customer-facing content, ensuring it aligns with our strategy and resonates with our audiences.

  • Collaborate with our PR agency to pitch and secure media stories, podcasts, and speaking opportunities for the CEO and leadership team.

  • Help build messaging briefs, presentations, and scripts for the CEO and other key stakeholders for podcasts, interviews, and speaking opportunities.

  • Identify and develop compelling customer success stories to showcase in press, on our website, and across marketing channels.

  • Lead cross-functional initiatives with clarity and speed, keeping stakeholders aligned and projects moving forward on time.

  • Stay thoughtful and deliberate about how we’re positioning ourselves in the market, providing input on how we can better communicate our value and vision.

  • Bring organization, responsiveness, and a growth mindset to every aspect of the role, helping us scale our communications efforts effectively.

  1. Fill in a short form then jump on an initial exploratory call.

  2. Complete the take-home exercise.

  3. Join us for a round of interviews to discuss your take-home exercise.

  4. Join us for trial work lasting 1-2 days remote/on-site. We'll see how you tick and you get to meet the team and explore whether joining Lovable feels right for you.
