Overview

We’re looking for a Communications Manager to plan, create, and coordinate our internal and external communications across markets. You’ll run our weekly agency newsletter, drive our content calendar, support executive visibility, and lead communications around events and product/initiative launches. The ideal candidate blends editorial skill with operational rigor and can turn complex ideas into clear, on-brand content.


Responsibilities
  • Write, edit, and publish the weekly agency newsletter, with an emphasis on growth, engagement, and audience development
  • Maintain a cross-channel content calendar and coordinate contributions from subject-matter experts across teams
  • Develop and manage executive and event presentation decks, ensuring high-quality visuals, clear narratives, and brand consistency
  • Lead communications for conferences, panels, and executive speaking opportunities, including invitations, social promotion, talking points, and post-event recaps
  • Partner with product and brand teams to plan and execute launch communications for new tools, services, and reports
  • Support executive visibility with bios, introductions, presentation materials, and packaging of thought leadership into publishable content
  • Manage a central communications asset library including brand decks, speaker materials, visuals, and templates
  • Deliver regular reports on communications performance across email, social, and web, with actionable insights
  • Provide ad hoc support on new business materials to ensure messaging clarity and alignment with brand voice
Qualifications
  • 4–6 years of experience in communications, content marketing, or PR within an agency, B2B, or media environment
  • Exceptional writing and editing skills, with proven ability to translate complex ideas into clear, engaging content
  • Experience building and refining presentation decks for executives and events
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to coordinate stakeholders across time zones
  • Familiarity with marketing automation and analytics platforms (e.g., Marketo, GA4)
  • Proficiency in presentation software (Keynote, Powerpoint)
