By joining our Customer Success (CS) team as the Communication Manager, you will be at the forefront of shaping and delivering our communications to customers, primarily research sites that use StudyTeam to recruit patients to clinical trials. Working closely with CS, Product, and Marketing leaders, you will develop our communications strategy, positioning, and messaging for our OneStudyTeam and Care Access products and refresh the messaging and collateral as new product features are released.
StudyTeam is our clinical trial SaaS platform, used by research sponsors and sites to improve trial recruitment and success.
What You’ll Be Working On:- Working with our CS, Product, and Marketing teams to develop product positioning and marketing content that motivates research sites to use StudyTeam to its full potential to recruit patients, manage referrals, and drive enrollment
- Developing and enhancing customer-facing collateral, deliverables, and websites to promote the use StudyTeam and the full range of OneStudyTeam and Care Access’s professional services
- Working closely with our internal and external content teams to create product content such as sales enablement tools, data sheets, case studies, product explainer videos, etc.
- Contributing as a strong writer, copy editor, and designer
- Working cross-functionally to use data to assess effectiveness of campaigns for internal and GTM campaigns
- Developing and iterating scalable, repeatable campaign processes that can be applied across different customer segments
- Building expertise in best practices of our platform and services to amplify your impact as a member of customer success.
- Bachelor's degree
- 5+ years experience in customer communications, product marketing, digital marketing, and / or product management, preferably with a (1) SaaS company that (2) works with different customer categories in a (3) B2B capacity. (4) Health care experience is also preferable. (The numbers represent the order of our preferences.)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A flair for design and visuals and “packaging” content in a compelling way
- Ability to lead large scale initiatives while also getting your hands dirty with content creation
- Ability to understand business goals to influence product launch strategies
- Proficiency with content management systems and marketing automation tools, such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Pendo, Gainsight, Storylane, Figma, Canva, customer.io, etc.
- Proven results in creating, executing, and measuring product launch campaigns across multiple channels
- Ideal candidate is self-motivated, takes initiative, is highly organized, and possesses strong execution skills in a challenging, fast-paced environment
- Affinity for working in collaborative, cross-team capacities
