As a Commissions Analyst at Silverfort, you will play a key role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of performance-based compensation for our company globally. The position provides an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in financial analysis and commission management within a dynamic and fast-paced environment. You will collaborate with the various stakeholders to collect data and review it, calculate, and interact cross departmentally to ensure timely accurate payments. This position will report to the Global Revenue Controller.


Responsibilities
  • Calculate commissions monthly, following the commission plans
  • Operate, maintain, and enhance the commission platform (CaptivateIQ)
  • Work closely with the sales operations team to ensure proper data maintenance
  • Work closely with different functions in the global finance department
  • Act as the company’s focal point for all commission inquiries
  • Prepare Monthly Commission Accrual for each of the group’s entities
  • Prepare analytical reports to observe trends and provide insights
  • Provide administrative and operational support for the commission platform to its internal users

Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in economics, finance, accounting, business, or a related field
  • 2 years of experience in analytical roles within high-tech companies
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Fluency in English and Hebrew - must
  • Experience working with CaptivateIQ, NetSuite, and Salesforce - an advantage
  • Basic understanding of commission structures and financial reporting - an advantage
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent communication skills, a collaborative mindset, and a strong team player
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • An agile and adaptive mindset is required to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
