Commission Analyst Lead

Description

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Commission Analyst Lead to join our Finance team. This unique hybrid role will combine expertise in commission analysis and management with operational support for our Professional Services related functions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading commission plan, ensuring accuracy, optimizing systems, and supporting the day-to-day operations of Professional Services. 

This is a hybrid role based in our Burlington MA office. 

• Manage end to end and execute the monthly calculations on all compensation plans to ensure payments are accurate, complete, and in compliance with the company’s policy or practice
• Work globally across the business units, including Sales Org, HR, Finance, Legal, and Sales Ops teams for all commissions/MBO related matters
• Provide ongoing support and resolve commission calculation-related inquiries and exceptions with the global sales teams
• Working with the leadership team of building the commission plan, including all documentation needs
• Developing, implementing, and maintaining the commission structure and other sales incentive plans within CaptivateIQ.
• Preparation of monthly accruals, 606 calculation, and reconciliations for accounting
• Work closely with HR to track changes in sales employee data for new hires, terminations, promotions, transfers, and retroactive changes
• Collaborate with the sales team and our partners to define project timelines, scope, and resource allocation in all professional services matters
• Manage the Statement of Work (SOW) drafting, track project hours, ensuring timely and efficient delivery
• Submit monthly reports of actual hours worked to the accounting team to recognize revenue and invoice issuance.

Requirements

• 4+ years’ work experience in an Commissions roles in a global company – must
• 3+years of experience in professional services operations, project management, or a related operation field. – advantage
• BA degree in economics or other relevant degree
• Experience with Salesforce and CaptivateIQ - must
• High proficiency of Excel skills
• Ability to work in a flexible hours with the Finance Israeli team.
• Ability to think outside the box, identify problems or opportunities to improve existing processes and provide innovative solutions
• Attention to details and good analytical skills.
• Good problem solving as well as organizational skills.
• Able to work independently, manage time efficiently and set priorities in a fast-paced environment.
