The Commercial Services / Pricing Analyst is responsible for developing, analyzing, and maintaining pricing models for fiber‑based telecommunications products and services. This role supports sales, finance, and product teams by ensuring pricing strategies are competitive, profitable, and aligned with market conditions and company objectives.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain pricing models for fiber services, including Ethernet, DIA, wavelength, dark fiber, and transport products
Analyze costs, margins, demand forecasts, and competitive pricing to support new and existing product offerings
Support deal‑based pricing by evaluating custom requests, non‑standard contracts, and large enterprise or wholesale opportunities
Partner with Sales, Product, Finance, and Network teams to align pricing with cost structures and go‑to‑market strategies
Monitor market trends, competitor pricing, and regulatory impacts affecting fiber pricing
Conduct margin analysis, price variance analysis, and profitability reporting
Maintain pricing tools, rate cards, and documentation to ensure accuracy and consistency
Support contract reviews and pricing approvals within established governance processes
Provide insights and recommendations to improve pricing efficiency, win rates, and profitability
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field
2–5 years of experience in pricing, financial analysis, or commercial analytics (telecom experience strongly preferred)
Understanding of fiber telecom products, network cost drivers, and service delivery models
Strong analytical and quantitative skills with high attention to detail
Advanced proficiency in Excel; experience with pricing tools, BI platforms, or SQL a plus
Ability to communicate complex pricing concepts clearly to technical and non‑technical stakeholders

Experience supporting enterprise or wholesale telecom sales
Familiarity with telecom contracts, SLAs, and regulatory considerations
Experience with automation, modeling tools, or scripting (e.g., Python)
Knowledge of cost modeling for network build, IRU, and OPEX/CAPEX structures
