The Commercial Programs Director is a critical role within the ProMach Corporate Marketing and Commercial Operations organization. This individual will develop and implement a variety of strategies and tools to deliver programs designed to grow ProMach revenue and employee engagement.
Working closely with corporate marketing team members, ProMach divisional sales leaders, and corporate functional areas, this individual will lead corporate commercial programming across the ProMach enterprise. This person will be a business partner to Corporate Leadership in the development and launch of programs in areas including, but not limited to, collaborative selling, best commercial practices, key account management, and enterprise-wide LMS.
Ultimately, this role is responsible for helping ensure the growth of ProMach revenue (new equipment and aftermarket), increasing awareness of ProMach within strategic customers, and growing the value of the ProMach brand by developing and managing thoughtfully curated programs.

- Manage budgets associated with programs tied to this role
- Ensure the success of enterprise-wide commercial and marketing programs by working directly with internal stakeholders to encourage, motivate, and ensure accountability of program participants, when required
- Direct content strategy associated with programs (digital, video, written)
- Manage third-party relationships related to programs
- Oversee all aspects of events associated with selected programs, trade shows, and specific events created to further program success
- Own content development and training around ProMach digital Learning Management program
- Help develop and manage ProMach’s key account program process(content creation, playbooks, task management for key account managers)
- Oversee public relations efforts to identify and deliver press releases, articles, white papers, videos, case studies, interviews, and thought leadership content associated with active programs
- Oversee social media strategy and develop appropriate KPIs to ensure successful utilization of various platforms
- Develop internal communications, reports, dashboards, and scorecards for active programs
- Help educate newly acquired companies on the benefits of program participation, as well as the selection of appropriate programs for each company
- Maintain strong engagement with commercial leadership (new equipment and aftermarket) around accountability and metrics
- Develop playbooks and roadmaps that guide the operational success and consistency of program delivery
- Work with partner organizations such as PMMI to leverage relationships, select appropriate advertising, and maximize investment

- Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 8 years of marketing and program management experience in the packaging or B2B manufacturing industry
- Strong leadership skills and experience working with high-level commercial leaders and senior executives
- Ability to create and document repeatable business processes
- Experience with customer key account strategy development
- Corporate process documentation experience (roadmaps and playbooks) and distribution of related materials
- Direct-to-customer communication experience (digital, verbal, etc.)
- Experience with marketing and project management technology stacks (preferably Salesforce CRM, Qualtrics, SharePoint, etc.)
- LMS program design experience
- Meeting planning experience
- Direct and indirect leadership experience
- Strategic planning experience
- Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce CRM experience a plus)
- Experience in digital strategy, website development, and design
- Expertise across a variety of media formats, including digital, video, and animation
- Demonstrated experience capturing and documenting business requirements
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects
- Experience working with and influencing commercial leaders and teams
- Ability to travel as needed (less than 30%)
