Who We Are Looking For: 

Every day, Cambia’s dedicated Commercial Market Excellence team lives our mission to make health care easier and lives better. As a member of the Commercial Market Excellence team, our Commercial Planning Program Manager develops and implements a hub and spoke sales engagement model, leading internal initiatives and cross-market communication. This role manages the Customer Impact Advisory Group while serving as an internal commercial business consultant, establishing effective channels between central and regional teams to drive organizational alignment and business growth – all in service of creating a person-focused health care experience.

What You Bring to Cambia: 

 

Qualifications:  

  • The Commercial Planning Program Manager would have a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or other relevant fields and 8+ years of sales and project or program management experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.

 

Skills and Attributes: 

  • 8+ years of professional experience, including 4+ years for a B2B team, preferably in the health insurance industry.

  • Exceptional skills in project management, problem-solving, written and verbal communication, and presentation skills including basic negotiation skills with strong sales focus.

  • Advanced skills in Salesforce, Excel, PowerPoint for telling streamlined stories with complex data.

  • Strong expertise in data analysis, report development, and business/financial acumen with a focus on commercial strategic planning and process management.

  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with both internal and external partners.

  • Ability to work well under shifting deadlines and priorities.

  • Can work independently and manage time effectively.

 

What You Will Do at Cambia:  

  • Design and implement hub and spoke sales engagement model, driving internal initiatives and cross-functional alignment

  • Lead Customer Impact Advisory Group, managing member selection, governance, and strategic direction

  • Establish standardized communication protocols and reporting structures between hub and regional market teams

  • Drive cross-market collaboration through optimized meeting structures and leadership engagement

  • Monitor and enhance engagement strategies, implementing improvements based on performance metrics

  • Create and execute program roadmaps with clear goals, milestones, and deliverables

  • Develop and maintain comprehensive process documentation and best practice guidelines

The expected hiring range for the Commercial Planning Program Manager is $110,500 - $120,000 depending on skills, experience, education, and training; relevant licensure / certifications; and performance history. The bonus target for this position is 15%. The current full salary range for this role is $104,000 - $169,000. #LI-remote
