What's the opportunity?
As our Commercial Partnerships Manager, you will drive strategic growth by building and expanding our commercial partnerships. You’ll manage key accounts, identify new business opportunities, and collaborate cross-functionally to deliver value. This role requires strong sales acumen, a global mindset, and a passion for fast-paced environments.
What will I be doing?
- Identify opportunities to secure new business by establishing relationships with new partners.
- Manage various partner accounts; understand partners' capabilities and strategize with partner members to grow the relationship.
- Build and develop long-term strategic partnerships.
- Identify new sales opportunities within existing partners to broaden the scope of services offered to existing clients/new clients.
- Maintain personal networks, participate in professional organizations, attend conferences and industry events, and develop other means of generating interest from potential clients.
- Develop and execute strategic partnership plans to drive business growth, analyze partnership performance, and identify opportunities for improvement.
What skills do I need?
- Sales experience, preferably at a technology company, with a track record of top performance. Experience in payments or other financial systems is a plus.
- Proven experience as an Account Manager/Business Development/Partnership Manager.
- Proven success partnering and working cross-functionally to make things happen.
- Willingness and ability to take smart risks based on solid strategy and deep customer understanding.
- Ability to communicate, present, and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive and C-level.
- Flexibility and proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail.
- Fluent in English. Other languages are a plus!
- Able to travel internationally.
- Technical knowledge of payments will be considered a plus.
