We are actively hiring for a Commercial Insurance Payment and Billing Analyst V! 

  

Your Role:

The Commercial Billing and Payment Analyst V plays a crucial role in the Mobilitas Billing & Payments Team by reviewing, editing, developing commercial payments, and billing in connection with Mobi’s commercial activities. Individual will collaborate with cross-functional teams, broker resources, and external stakeholders to manage billing and payment agreements, mitigate risks, and drive compliance. The role requires a strong attention to detail, communication skills, and ability to navigate high-dollar and complex contractual landscapes.

  

Your work:

  •  Interpret policies/agreements, creates custom billing from terms and conditions of each contract and administration on a variety of contracts. 
  • Conduct meetings with internal and external partners to understand contract and respond to complex questions on specific billing and payment terms.
  • Work closely with internal departments to understand their contractual needs for Commercial clients.
  • Assist in maintaining and managing billing and payment agreement within the system, ensuring all agreements are accurately recorded, filed, and easily accessible.
  • Provide training and guidance to junior analysts on billing and payment policies and procedures.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of billing and payment management processes and tools to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Implement strategic collections efforts to optimize cash flow and minimize outstanding balances.
  • Apply expertise in billing and analytics to investigate and resolve complex billing issues, ensuring accuracy and customer satisfaction.

Required Experience, Education and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related area or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 7 + years of experience in contract analysis, drafting and negotiation, within corporate or commercial billing.
  • Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills.
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in Commercial Billing and strategic account management, handling large-dollar accounts.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Expert knowledge of billing and accounting concepts.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including use of formulas.

The national average salary range for this position is $99,855.00 - $110,950.00 annual.  However, we have a location-based compensation structure. Our salary ranges vary and are calculated based on county of residence. The full salary range for this position across all the states we hire in is $89,865.00 - $133,250.00 annual.  This role also includes an opportunity for a company-wide annual discretionary bonus, through our Annual Incentive Plan (AIP), of up to 12% of eligible pay.
