Overview:

The Life Sciences finance team at Revvity is seeking a Principal Financial Analyst to join our dynamic, global organization. Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to, revenue forecasting, reporting, and analysis, commission calculations and forecasting, business partnership to ensure business leaders are equipped with the right data and analysis to achieve their revenue targets, and ad hoc support. This role works within the existing finance team and in support of the business unit leaders within Technology & Licensing.

 

Key Challenges
  • Leading revenue forecasting and reporting processes to support effective business planning and performance management.

  • Delivering high-quality financial analyses that translate complex data into actionable insights for management decision-making.

  • Supporting senior leadership with accurate, timely, and relevant financial insights.

  • Ensuring alignment between business unit financial plans and overall corporate objectives.

  • Preparing and analyzing financial reports, including variance and trend analyses, to clearly communicate key performance drivers.

  • Managing ad hoc analyses and special projects in support of the FP&A Director, GM Technology & Licensing, and broader teams, often under tight timelines.

  • Strong expertise in revenue forecasting, financial reporting, and performance management.

  • Advanced financial analysis skills with the ability to generate insights that drive business performance improvement.

  • Experience contributing to the implementation and continuous optimization of financial systems to improve efficiency, accuracy, and transparency.

  • Proven ability to identify and implement FP&A process enhancements through automation, advanced analytics, and artificial intelligence.

  • Strong business partnering skills, including the ability to collaborate with business units to gather data and develop aligned financial plans.

  • Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
