Empowering Global Learning Solutions Driving Seamless Commercial Execution for Industry Leaders

ELB Learning is seeking a senior-level Commercial Deal Desk Manager to own and accelerate the contracting process for customer transactions. This pivotal role sits at the intersection of Sales, Legal, and Operations, ensuring deals progress efficiently from commercial alignment through to signed contracts.

The Commercial Deal Desk Manager will manage the end-to-end contracting flow, proactively coordinating stakeholders and removing obstacles to keep momentum high. Responsibilities include preparing and tailoring contracts using approved templates, managing redlines, assembling complete contract packages, and escalating non-standard items to Legal as needed. The role requires direct engagement with Sales, Legal, Finance, and Security teams to translate commercial intent into practical, business-aligned agreements.

Ideal candidates bring significant experience in sell-side B2B contracting—preferably within SaaS, technology, or professional services—and demonstrate strong judgment in balancing independent decision-making with appropriate escalation. The ability to thrive in fast-paced environments, maintain operational rigor, and continuously improve contracting processes is essential. Experience with AI-assisted workflows and a commitment to enhancing AI-enabled contracting are highly valued.

This is an opportunity to drive efficiency, reduce friction, and ensure strong alignment between Sales and Legal, all while supporting ELB Learning’s mission to deliver exceptional training solutions for global enterprises.
