We are seeking a dynamic Client Technical Sales Specialist to join our team, responsible for account coverage in the Mid West/Ohio Valley region of the US. This virtual position offers the opportunity to influence and drive the adoption of Intel-based commercial client platforms across various industries. The role requires significant travel to customer sites, providing technical training and resolving deployment issues.
This role is fully remote meaning there is no Intel office in Ohio, ideally the candidate needs to be on a driven distance from Midwest/ Ohio Valley to be considered for the role due to the need to constantly visit the customer at their facilities and meet with the team.
Key Responsibilities
Advise and influence end-user customers and partners, impacting purchasing decisions and driving Intel client platform adoption.
Perform OS, driver, and application upgrades to ensure successful deployments and customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with Intel Partners, Managed Service Providers, and Solution Integrators, fostering strong professional relationships.
Gather and analyze customer deployment feedback to drive continuous improvement of Intel product solutions.
Create Go To Market plans and projects for Intel Client solutions, collaborating with industry partners.
Cultivate relationships with field stakeholders, delivering value through technical expertise and industry knowledge.
Drive end-user Intel Commercial Client adoption with Intel field team, partners, and end-users.
Collect client solutions implementation status enabling detailed reporting and tracking.
Maintain customer engagement status and provide regular status updates to key stakeholders.
As a successful candidate, you must possess
Familiarity with Intel customers and Intel Client products.
Knowledge of IT Infrastructure, cloud services, and common use client and management technologies is a plus.
Self-starter with a positive can-do attitude, experience working in a multicultural environment, and ability to communicate ideas clearly both orally and in writing to executive staff and technical staff.
Prior account ownership experience is a plus.
You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates. This position is not eligible for Intel immigration sponsorship.
Minimum Qualifications:
3+ years of experience in:
Hardware and Software Environments with PC Client expertise.
Performing OS, driver, and application upgrades.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, electrical engineering, or related technical field.
2+ years of knowledge of IT Infrastructure, cloud services, and common use client and management technologies.
2+ years of prior account ownership experience

Annual Salary Range for jobs which could be performed in the US:
$126,390.00-$178,430.00Salary range dependent on a number of factors including location and experience.
Work Model for this Role
This role is available as a fully home-based and generally would require you to attend Intel sites only occasionally based on business need. However, you must live and work from the country specified in the job posting, in which Intel has a legal presence.
