What you’ll be doing:

  • Communication, both on the phone and over email, to cultivate a strong working relationship with clients and partners.

  • Possess a keen understanding of the Marketplace ecosystem to lead, build, drive, and optimize successful marketing campaigns within and not limited to, Amazon Ad Console, DSP, and additional Marketplace’s (Walmart, Target, etc).

  • Accountability and ownership while proactively evaluating creative solutions that are tailored to each client’s unique business objectives and challenges.

  • Daily use of reporting to support the story behind your clients’ KPIs, confidently interpreting trends and making recommendations based on digital marketing analytics in the marketplace sphere.

  • Tie in comprehensive knowledge of vertical and categorial trends, and how outside factors are impacting the overall narrative.

  • Conduct weekly, monthly and/or quarterly calls to review trends, performance, and provide innovative advertising strategies

  • Proactively identify new marketing opportunities and ways to repurpose existing strategy on Amazon to optimize brands’ awareness and drive sales volume; even off Amazon.

  • Coach, mentor and delegate tasks & responsibilities to junior members on joint accounts where you serve as lead.

  • Strong understanding of media strategy across multiple marketplace channels, and the ability to consult and navigate strategy to drive omnichannel successes.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of relevant Amazon Advertising, paid eCommerce, senior media planning, or comparable  experience.

  • 4+ Years Professional experience

  • Strong data analytics and strategy background.

  • Expertly honed project management skills and a power user of tools like Wrike, Excel, and Google Tools (email, drive, data studio).

  • Client-Facing Experience: be able to navigate complex client needs and diverse personalities.

  • Ability to dive in and find answers to questions that may not yet be documented.

  • Agency Experience.      

  • Obtained Bachelor's Degree.

Compensation:

The hiring salary range for this role is ($80,000 - $100,000). We also offer an incentive pay program (RevShare) comprising a monthly variable revenue payment opportunity and a discretionary annual performance bonus. 

Hiring salaries are determined through interviews and a review of education, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities of the applicant, parity with other team members, and alignment with market data. We will provide more information on our benefits, incentive pay, and equity upon request. Disclosure as required by the Colorado Equal Pay for > Equal Work Act, C.R.S. § 8-5-101 et seq.
