Job DescriptionTHE PROGRAM
We're looking for students to join our Co-op Program who are obsessively curious about 'what's next'. You'll get hands on experience with our products and learn from the best of the best in the business. By the time your journey with us concludes, you will have had the opportunity to make a significant impact on both the future of Bose and your career!
Opportunities don't stop at your day-to-day work. While you're getting a targeted look at your area of expertise, we'll expose you to other areas of the company. Our Co-ops are given the opportunity to connect with senior leadership across the business to understand different perspectives at Bose. You'll network with other interns and colleagues to grow your network for the future.
RESPONSIBILITES
As a CMF Co-op, you will:
- Assist in researching and sourcing new materials and finishes.
- Collaborate with the CMF team to develop color palettes, material libraries, and CMF specifications.
- Support in creating mood boards and design concepts that showcase the future vision of Bose.
- Participate in product development meetings, production color matching, and contribute to CMF decisions.
- Assist in organizing and maintaining the CMF materials and samples library.
- Stay updated on the latest trends in colors, materials, and finishes.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Pursuing a degree in CMF Design, Industrial Design, or Graphic Design
- Passion for design and a strong interest in CMF
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and presentation skills
- Proficiency in design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suit, Keyshot)
- Experience using a spectrophotometer is preferred but not required
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
