Hundreds of thousands of consumers are using Cirkul to transition from single-use plastics and sugar-filled beverages to healthier, better-for-you alternatives.

What is this role? 

As a College Brand Representative for Cirkul, you will be responsible for activating and educating your campus community about the Cirkul brand and products. Your goal will be to create positive first impressions by demonstrating and sampling 36 Cirkul bottles and Sip flavor cartridges every week over the course of a 12-week period. To be successful, you will need to think like an entrepreneur and build your network across your campus with students, clubs, faculty, and alumni.

This position is a part-time temporary contract position that has the potential to lead into a permanent part-time role for those who excel during the probationary period. To be considered for this position you should be available for a minimum of 5 hours per week. You will need reliable transportation and the ability to receive and store product shipments. There may also be opportunities to earn extra cash by partnering with our local field marketing team members for events within proximity of your campus.

What does an average day look like? 

  • Driving Results: Product Sampling: Plan and execute product demonstration and sampling activities on-campus to introduce and educate Cirkul brands and products to students, faculty, staff, and alumni.
  • Taking Ownership: Product Knowledge: Maintain a comprehensive understanding of our brand and product to effectively educate consumers and provide direction on where and how to purchase more products
  • Making Decisions: Adherence to Brand Guidelines: Ensure that all sampling initiatives align with our brand messaging, objectives, and guidelines. Represent the brand in a professional and positive manner that aligns with our brand voice. Closely follow the field marketing do’s and don'ts to ensure brand safety.
  • Cultivating Relationships: Collaboration: Work with Cirkul field marketing team members to develop larger on-campus activations and events by serving as the expert of your campus.
  • Instilling Trust: Networking: Establish and maintain relationships with key individuals and organizations on campus to own your campus.  Work closely with other area On-Campus ambassadors and Cirkul field marketing team members to align on strategies for effective on-campus engagement initiatives.
  • Customer Focus: Reporting: Track and measure the success of marketing initiatives through timely reporting of results through weekly and monthly summaries. 

What background should you have?

  • Currently enrolled as a student at a University/Campus within a set geographic area.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to professionally represent the brand.
  • Enthusiastic about marketing and activation.
  • Ability to network and identify brand-appropriate activation opportunities on your campus.
  • Capable of activating and executing marketing initiatives and campaigns.
  • Able to lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Ability to work a minimum of 5 hours per week.
