What You Will Do:

• Work directly with coders on day-to-day project oversight

• Train and monitor work on a daily basis

• Assist with creation of productivity reports

• Communicate effectively with clients regarding coding KPIs

What You Will Need:

• 3 years of Management experience

• CPC from the AAPC

• Ability to multitask

• Ability to communicate effectively with physicians, client admin and internal leadership

What Would Be Nice To Have:

• Multispecialty E/M and surgical experience

• Proficiency in excel
