We are seeking an experienced Cloud Solution Architect to lead enterprise-scale cloud transformation, migration, and optimization initiatives. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience designing and implementing scalable, secure, and cost-efficient AWS-based solutions, with strong expertise in DevOps, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), and enterprise application modernization. This role requires hands-on implementation to ensure robust, compliant, and cost-effective cloud environments across the full lifecycle of cloud adoption.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end cloud migration and modernization projects from on-premises to AWS.

  • Architect scalable, resilient, and secure AWS cloud environments aligned with business and technical requirements.

  • Design and implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform, including reusable modules.

  • Define and drive cloud cost optimization strategies (compute right-sizing, storage tiering, usage monitoring).

  • Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitHub, and container orchestration platforms.

  • Manage and deploy containerized applications using Docker and ECS.

  • Administer enterprise-grade workloads on middleware and databases such as Micro Focus Enterprise Server, IBM WebSphere, JBoss, Tomcat, and IBM DB2.

  • Integrate and manage cloud-native security and identity solutions like OpenLDAP, Active Directory, HashiCorp Vault, and Amazon Cognito.

  • Establish comprehensive monitoring, logging, and alerting using Amazon CloudWatch, Dynatrace, and auto-healing mechanisms.

  • Participate in architectural reviews, risk assessments, and technical strategy discussions.

  • Monitoring & Auto-remediation: CloudWatch, Dynatrace, and custom scripts

Compensation at DXC is influenced by an array of factors, including but not limited to the experience, job-related knowledge, skills, competencies, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. A reasonable estimate of the current compensation range for this position is $92,800 - $172,500.
