About the Role:

CrowdStrike is seeking an experienced and dynamic Cloud Alliance Manager to develop and grow our strategic hyperscaler partnerships . This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of both hyperscaler partners’ and CrowdStrike’s offerings, as well as a proven track record in alliance management, business development, and relationship building. Your responsibilities will include building strong relations with our hyperscaler partners, Solution Providers, CrowdStrike’s alliance, sales, marketing teams, and creating and leading campaigns focused on driving revenue, new logos and market penetration. Success in this position will require: previous experience working with or for hyperscalers, having the ability to quickly analyze and execute in a rapidly changing environment, taking charge and making things happen, and developing strong, productive relationships at all levels within CrowdStrike and our partners.

What You’ll Do:

  • Foster and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders within our hyperscaler partners, ensuring a high level of collaboration and mutual benefit.

  • Work closely with the CrowdStrike sales team to identify opportunities, develop joint solutions, and drive revenue growth through the hyperscaler partnerships.

  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and sales teams to develop and implement go-to-market strategies, joint marketing programs, and co-branded initiatives.

  • Drive seamless cloud marketplace transactions by providing white glove support for customers, sellers, and CrowdStrike solution providers for complex and/or strategic CrowdStrike sales opportunities.

  • Monitor and report on the performance of the hyperscaler alliance, using key metrics to evaluate success and identify areas for improvement. Set and manage revenue targets and work with the CrowdStrike and hyperscaler sales organizations to achieve/exceed goals.

  • Provide accurate and detailed weekly, monthly and quarterly forecast updates of identified opportunities to meet or exceedtargets.

  • Provide ongoing training and support to the sales team and solution providers on hyperscaler marketplaces and solutions, competitive positioning, and best practices.

  • Work with CrowdStrike’s sales & alliance managers and Cloud partner alliance team to ensure pipeline information is thorough and accurate.

  • Identify and document customer success stories resulting from cloud partner co-sell efforts.

  • Identify gaps in automation in cloud marketplace and cloud co-sell processes and liaise with sales ops team to drive resolution

  • Fine-tune hyperscaler and CrowdStrike better together messaging, manage asset content, and keep the internal content repository current.

  • Stay current on industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to inform strategic decisions and enhance the value of the hyperscaler partnership.

  • Represent CrowdStrike at industry events, hyperscaler conferences, and joint customer meetings to promote the partnership and build brand awareness.

  • Ability to travel up to 30%. Other projects and duties as assigned.

What You’ll Need:

  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years in alliance management, business development, or a related role within the technology sector, with a focus on hyperscaler cloud solutions.

  • Strong understanding of cloud services and and cloud marketplaces, hyperscaler partner ecosystem, as well as a solid grasp of cybersecurity principles and CrowdStrike’s product offerings.

  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain high-level relationships with both internal and external stakeholders. A track record in building alliance/sales/partner relationships with business and technical teams.

  • Proven ability to develop and execute strategic plans that drive business growth and achieve key objectives. Strategic thinker and hunter mentality who takes initiative and is capable of hands-on problem solving as well as ability to generate ideas and solutions.

  • A strong communicator and presenter, who possesses strong negotiation skills as well as sound interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence at senior levels.

  • Motivated and focused self-starter with strong leadership skills who can multi-task, work independently or within a team.

  • Demonstrated track record of achieving targets and driving revenue through strategic alliances and partnerships.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, computer science, or a related field.

CrowdStrike, Inc. is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. Placement within the pay range is dependent on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, certifications, job level, supervisory status, and location. The base salary range for this position for all U.S. candidates is $86,000 - $135,000 per year, with eligibility for bonuses, equity grants and a comprehensive benefits package that includes health insurance, 401k and paid time off.
