You will report directly to the Sales Director, working closely with Sales Operations and cross-divisionally as needed to ensure the team is aligned, motivated, and hitting their targets.

This is not a nine to five Monday through Friday job. Our business runs seven days a week, operational hours from 6 a.m. to midnight Eastern Standard depending on scheduled shifts.

You must be ready to lead, coach, and hype up the team on weekends and high-volume days. This is a high-energy, results-driven leadership role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants to be part of building something world class.

What you'll do

Team Leadership

  • Serve as the first upline for all high-ticket closers (Enrollment Advisors).
  • Set the tone for daily performance, energy, and accountability.
  • Ensure team alignment with Sales Director directives and cross-divisional priorities.
  • Maintain high standards for attendance, availability, and shift coverage across seven days a week.
  • Lead and hype the team during weekends and high-volume periods.

Coaching and Development

  • Provide ongoing coaching, performance feedback, and motivation to team members.
  • Deliver additional training and skill development as directed by the Sales Director.
  • Lead daily huddles and ensure they are engaging, purposeful, and energizing.
  • Identify low performers and implement strategies to elevate results.

Operations and Reporting

  • Maintain operational standards and ensure the team follows all sales processes, scripts, and SOPs.
  • Manage scheduling, shift coverage, and team availability across all operational hours.
  • Track performance metrics and report key insights to the Sales Director.
  • Partner with Sales Operations to ensure CRM hygiene, pipeline visibility, and accurate reporting.
  • Collaborate cross-divisionally to support smooth day-to-day operations for the closing team.

Culture and Motivation

  • Drive a culture of excellence, accountability, and mission alignment.
  • Model the energy, discipline, and fitness-driven lifestyle expected at WarriorBabe.
  • Keep the team motivated, inspired, and performing at their best at all times.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience managing high-ticket closers or similar sales teams.
  • Strong experience coaching and developing sales talent.
  • Ability to manage a remote team effectively across varied hours and days.
  • Comfortable leading in a seven-day operational environment.
  • High energy, high accountability, and ready to lead by example.
  • Experience working closely with leadership, operations, and cross-divisional teams.
  • Strong organizational skills and data-driven approach to performance tracking.
  • Mission aligned and excited to drive the WarriorBabe vision.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment and adapt to changing priorities.

What Success Looks Like

  • A high-performing, motivated, and accountable team of closers.
  • Clear operational standards across shifts and coverage days.
  • Consistent team achievement of KPIs and revenue targets.
  • Seamless execution of daily operations and huddles.
  • A culture that reflects WarriorBabe standards of excellence, energy, and accountability.

Compensation

$80,000 to $90,000 annually plus performance-based bonuses tied to KPIs.

What you need to know about the Boston Tech Scene

Boston is a powerhouse for technology innovation thanks to world-class research universities like MIT and Harvard and a robust pipeline of venture capital investment. Host to the first telephone call and one of the first general-purpose computers ever put into use, Boston is now a hub for biotechnology, robotics and artificial intelligence — though it’s also home to several B2B software giants. So it’s no surprise that the city consistently ranks among the greatest startup ecosystems in the world.

Key Facts About Boston Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 269,000; 9.4% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Thermo Fisher Scientific, Toast, Klaviyo, HubSpot, DraftKings
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, biotechnology, robotics, software, aerospace
  • Funding Landscape: $15.7 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Summit Partners, Volition Capital, Bain Capital Ventures, MassVentures, Highland Capital Partners
  • Research Centers and Universities: MIT, Harvard University, Boston College, Tufts University, Boston University, Northeastern University, Smithsonian Astrophysical Observatory, National Bureau of Economic Research, Broad Institute, Lowell Center for Space Science & Technology, National Emerging Infectious Diseases Laboratories
