About the Role
The Clinical Testing Manager will lead the clinical testing and validation of our AI-enabled healthcare solutions. This role brings frontline nursing expertise into the product development process, helping ensure our solutions adhere to real-world nursing workflows, and high standards of clinical performance.
The Clinical Testing Manager will oversee testing activities, synthesize clinical findings, and partner closely with QA and Product teams to translate clinical insights into meaningful product improvements.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage clinical testing of AI-enabled healthcare solutions.
Coordinate clinical testers and ensure consistency in testing and documentation.
Evaluate AI interactions for clinical appropriateness, accuracy, escalation, disposition, workflow alignment, and patient communication.
Aggregate testing findings to identify trends, patterns, strengths, and opportunities for optimization.
Translate clinical findings into clear, actionable recommendations for Product and Engineering teams.
Develop and maintain clinical test cases, rubrics, reference standards, and testing documentation.
Partner cross-functionally to support continuous improvement and clinical validation of new features and workflows.
Serve as a clinical subject-matter expert and advocate for real-world nursing practice throughout product development.

Requirements
- Active, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license.
Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required; master’s degree in nursing, informatics, healthcare, or a related field preferred.
Minimum of 5 years of clinical nursing experience.
Nurse triage experience highly recommended
If no nurse triage experience then applicants must have Acute-care experience in emergency nursing, ED triage, or critical care to be considered.
Strong clinical judgment, assessment, escalation, and disposition decision-making skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate clinical findings for clinical and technical audiences.
Strong analytical and pattern-recognition skills.
Experience with clinical quality, validation, informatics, healthcare technology, or AI is preferred.
Familiarity with generative AI, conversational AI, or large language models is preferred.
