Who We Are

General Medicine is a national, tech-enabled medical group delivering comprehensive adult care through telemedicine. Founded by the innovators behind PillPack (acquired by Amazon Health), our mission is to make accessing care as seamless as shopping online. We are an early-stage startup — we move fast, build with intention, and need team members excited to shape the future of care delivery from the ground up.

About the Role

We are hiring a Clinical Recruiter to support hiring across our clinical organization during a period of rapid growth. This is a hands-on, full-cycle role where you will own requisitions from intake through offer for our Physician team. You will work closely with hiring managers and our Senior Clinical Recruiter to build strong Physician pipelines, keep candidates moving, and deliver a great experience at every touchpoint.

This role is ideal for someone who is proactive, organized, and energized by sourcing, not just waiting for applications to roll in. You should be comfortable managing multiple roles at once and excited to grow your skills in a fast-paced telehealth environment. Prior experience recruiting Physicians is required.

Job Duties
  • Own full-cycle recruiting from intake through offer for clinical Physician roles

  • Partner with hiring managers and the Senior Clinical Recruiter to clarify role requirements, define candidate profiles, and stay aligned on priorities and timelines

  • Source and engage qualified candidates through outreach, job boards, referrals, and creative channels

  • Leverage AI-enabled tools and workflows to improve sourcing efficiency and candidate engagement

  • Conduct phone screens to assess role fit, motivation, and baseline clinical qualifications

  • Manage candidate pipelines in Ashby, ensuring accurate tracking, timely follow-up, and clear communication with candidates and hiring teams

  • Coordinate interviews, collect structured feedback, and help hiring managers make timely decisions

  • Maintain a high bar for candidate experience through transparency, responsiveness, and follow-through at every stage

  • Support employer branding efforts through thoughtful outreach messaging and candidate-facing communications

Qualifications
  • 2-4 years of full-cycle clinical recruiting experience (physician recruiting experience required. Nurse practitioners, or other licensed providers, a plus)

  • Telehealth or virtual care recruiting experience strongly preferred

  • Solid sourcing skills with a proactive approach to building pipelines beyond inbound applicants

  • Demonstrated interest in using AI-driven tools to work smarter and move faster

  • Ability to manage multiple open roles simultaneously while staying organized, responsive, and detail-oriented

  • Comfortable working in a low-structure, fast-moving environment where priorities shift

  • Self-motivated with a high level of accountability

  • Ashby experience is a plus

Why Join Us?
  • You will learn and grow alongside a senior recruiting leader who is invested in your development

  • You’ll have access to the best emerging tools in the AI-enabled Talent Acquisition space

  • You will help shape how the company hires during a critical growth phase

  • You will gain deep experience recruiting in telehealth, one of the fastest-growing segments in healthcare
