TheraEd Staffing is actively seeking Clinical Psychologists to join a supportive school district in Keaau, Hawaii. This is a full-time, school-based opportunity for professionals who are passionate about supporting students' emotional, behavioral, and psychological well-being while helping them achieve success both academically and socially.
As a Clinical Psychologist, you will collaborate with educators, administrators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive psychological services, conduct assessments, develop intervention plans, and support students with diverse behavioral and mental health needs.
- Conduct comprehensive psychological evaluations and assessments for students
- Provide individual and group counseling services as appropriate
- Develop intervention strategies to address students' social, emotional, and behavioral needs
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, families, and related service providers to support student success
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and assist with student support planning
- Provide crisis intervention and behavioral consultation when needed
- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with district, state, and federal regulations
- Support school staff with behavioral and mental health consultation
Requirements
- Doctoral Degree (Ph.D. or Psy.D.) in Clinical Psychology from an accredited institution
- Active Hawaii Clinical Psychologist License or eligibility for licensure
- Must possess or be eligible for Hawaii Department of Education (HIDOE) Level 6 or Level 8 classification
- Previous school-based or pediatric experience is preferred
- Strong assessment, counseling, and consultation skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
