Take your next step to an altogether life-changing career.Learn about the Danaher Business System which makes everything possible.The Clinical Programs Director, Market Intelligence is responsible for the timeliness, consistency, and quality, of data derived from the use A.I to improve visibility and Cytiva market shares. In addition, this role will be a key contributor to the MBO growth room initiatives and daily management activities supporting spec win to design in SW. Successful Director will have a significant impact on Cytiva's ability to identify and take actions to win specification positions on high value drug process.This position reports to the Vice President, Clinical Programs and is part of the Clinical Programs Organization working in Marlborough, Massachusetts and covering global initiatives.What You Will Do:

Represent Clinical Programs in the development of A.I. Molecule tracking
Control the inputs and outputs of the A.I. program.
Interface with strategy, R&D, and commercial to improve A.I. outputs and dashboards.
Leverage A.I. insights to drive growth in spec wins and reduce operational muda.
Report Policy Deployment related results monthly.

Who You Are:

Bachelor’s degree in science or adjacent disciplinaries, master’s degree preferred

Proficient in Microsoft tools including CoPilot.
Experienced Global Data user and working in a global matrixed environment
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Detail-oriented with a focus on data accuracy and quality.
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

Travel Requirements:

25% travel to EMEA, USCAN, and APAC

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

Hands-on process development.
Familiarity with clinical program management.
Experience in a global business environments
Strategy development.

This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. This range may be modified in the future.This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.We offer comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance and 401(k) to eligible employees.Note: No amount of pay is considered to be wages or compensation until such amount is earned, vested, and determinable.
